Information / Baghdad..   On Tuesday, Firas Al-Muslimaoui, representative of the State of Law coalition bloc, held the United States of America responsible for causing a number of economic crises in Iraq, such as the rise in the dollar exchange rate, the oil crisis with Kurdistan, and the water crisis.

Al-Muslimaoui told Al-Maalouma, “Washington refuses to withdraw its funds from the CBI & is trying to impose more sanctions on private banks.”

 

He described this American behavior as "besieging Iraq & strangling it economically," noting that "the US refuses Iraq to conclude contracts with international companies in the field of energy & services.  "Several political figures announced earlier that America rejected Iraq’s contract with the German energy company Siemens to rehabilitate the electrical system in Iraq.

ARTICLE:  "Iraq has banned eight local commercial banks from engaging in U.S. dollar transactions, taking action to reduce fraud, money laundering & other illegal uses of U.S. currency days after a visit by a top U.S. Treasury official."
The Iraqi Banks have been banned from accessing the Iraqi Central Bank's daily Dollar auction. The daily Dollar auction has become a way of smuggling Dollars for Iran & this is expected to restrain much of those activities.

This is part of the economic & financial reforms Iraq is going through to meet International Banking Standards & achieve International connectivity.  As you can see, Iraq has begun implementing some of their economic reforms as promised.

To be fair...there's plenty of blame to go around on all sides.

Iran influence in Iraq is not going away any time soon.

Iraqis must take charge of their own destiny or stay slaves to Iran.

You would think Iran would want to have the RV/RI just the opposite of what the US wants, our country does not want this RV to happen they want the dollar to stay high against the dinar. Whereas as much as Iran is stealing through their Iranian puppets  to having the RV & increasing their take of US money making the Iraq money stronger for themselves.

Every country has influence on some other country… look at the US … we have major Israel influence… and it’s bleeding and putting the American people in harms way … and the American people losing everything because of Israel…. We have been occupied by Israel for a very long time, we just have been sleeping on it or afraid of speaking out…. But everyone else is the bad guy…yea right! Yet, we don't want Iran involved in the RV-RI process, whatsoever.

We know Iran is manipulating the CBI with the auctions to transfer USD to Iraq to fund terrorism.

It's in Iran's best interests to keep the IQD low & continue to rake in USD via CBI auctions.

Except for we small investors we get the crumbs. I still think the auctions should also be stopped for good. Let Iraq use their own funds .With all the billions of dinars the US has pay them in dinars til we run out of the dinar funds.Iraq is pushing to get rid of the dollar so get it over with and stop everything with the dollar Just my thought

I believe the plan all along was to give us crumbs or lock us out altogether from this blessing.

The more they can lock out, means a higher rate of return for them.

If they were decent about it, many of us would have re-invested in Iraq after the RV.

ARTICLE:  Member of the Parliamentary Oil & Gas Committee, Ali Al-Lami, expected on Tuesday that the oil & gas law would not be approved in the current parliamentary session, indicating that the dispute over the law concerns the party responsible for managing the oil fields in Kurdistan.

Al-Lami told Shafaq News Agency, “The oil and gas law is one of the important laws, but it will not pass in the current parliamentary session, and this law will be transferred to the next parliamentary session, as it was transferred in previous sessions.”

 

He added, "There are many disagreements over the oil &d gas law, including political disagreements and technical disagreements, and the most prominent of them is over the party that manages the oil fields in the Kurdistan Region & who exports the region's oil abroad," stressing that "this main disagreement has not been resolved & will not be resolved due to the deepening political disagreements regarding this is the law".

Actually they will be better off with all of those countries…. We’ve been there for 20 plus years and nothing… we can’t be that blind to notice the reality of what we have been doing around the world for the past 70 plus years… we as Americans need to unite and for get about the parties cause both parties are robbing us… and destroying the world , at least 80% of Americans have no clue of what goes on around the world… but they tell us that every country is a dictatorship, communist, socialist and so on.. while they are doing business with all of them … pretty sad…🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Global economy is one thing...we all have to work with everyone...for the most part.  Very few countries can supply everything for themselves, so you have to work with other countries out of necessity, but we have been there helping Iraq, keeping them safe from terrorists and other countries.  We have not asked for anything from them.  We have sacrificed lives, money, and time to help them build up their economy.  Now, we are in the home stretch with them, and they hate us!    Revalue their worthless dinars, get America paid back, get all the investors paid, and then get the heck out of there.  While our government has some worthless people, it is still better than Russia, China, Iran, and a lot of other countries.  JMHO...

I disagree … we’ve taking a lot from them… ask yourself why America is disliked everywhere in the world…. They don’t dislike the people … they dislike our government, establishment and the millions of people we’ve killed for no reason…. Let not forget Pearl Harbor… we got hit and then retaliated…  so if we hit them it’s only normal that they retaliate … like trump said the other night about Iran when he was president and Iran deployed rockets and did not hit any target was done on purpose they were not trying to hit no one… it was just to show strength to the world and their people… GO RV….

America is not disliked everywhere in the world.  Communist countries, Middle Eastern (Religious Reason's), Terrorist countries don't like us.  I can live with that.  America, is an elite country, powerful economically, power militarily, and free to live our life, without fear.  Most of those countries that hate us, are more jealous of our country than anything else.   I don't really care what those countries think about us, as I am not going to go there anyway.  I just don't think that we should be giving them money, supplies, or even our time.   Let them deal with their own problems.   We obviously have a difference of opinion, but that is what makes our country great...everyone can think what they want....
