I’m sorry.  I am misunderstanding something.  When I do a search for the Central Bank of Iraq, it comes up and that URL is with a .org.

Or....at least the RD rate next......IMF should not authorize the RI until the MCP is stopped under their Rules.......The RD with a RV rate shown just greater than the USD will stop the MCP almost instantaneously IMO......We will see
