ARTICLE:  There is a meeting the CBI is doing right now.   This meeting is very important.  It is about the HCL…Iraqi Stock Exchange & the Erbil Stock Exchange.   Basically it’s the marriage between Kurdistan and Baghdad...The CBI is also now involved with another set of meetings…to start tomorrow [Today].   You’ll be able to sense it if you see articles talking about the CBI meeting with IMF, AMF, WB…If I was in charge of that meeting…I would tell them…I want to disclose to you…the date of the launching of our new national currency…This is just my opinion…If there’s any value to it you’re going to be looking for an article from the CBI that has these three entities [in it].

would make sense if the vote on the last amendment to national oil company law or HCL(for HCL fans) then if they are expecting rate to change well this would affect those ISX.......

the ISX will be affected ins some capacity but until it happens we will not know how...there are articles suggesting that it will NOT affect liquidity or companies capital but only time will tell

That's one possibility.

I talked about about that one time & referred to it as a hybrid RV-RI.

A LOP to 1 to 1, the RI or float from there to the old original $3.70 pre Sadam era rate.

This would not break the bank while still rewarding the investors.

Not the rate we were looking for but a 300% return on our investment.

Where are you going to find a 300% investment return at any bank CD or Savings Bond?

As long as he is still a extremely wealthy man and he always give a nice bribe to cover his ass , then he won't die that easy and quick. Unless , someone who doesn't like malarky and hire a sniper to shoot him dead while he sleep at his house in the middle of the night.

Seriously. ???! The man is like iraqi mafia... NOBODY will take him out. He has guards around his house . It would need to be some drone to manage that and taking him out would almost be enough to cause another war. Iran has his back

Using a small voiceless drone would be a good idea to sneak out to his house in the middle of the night when guards can't even see and recognize the flying drone at night almost unclear.
