I remember years ago when we were following in a live chat on DV as the budget passed.  We were so sure RV was imminent.   Praying this time it is.

Yep. A little nerve-racking.

What happens when the budget passes and becomes law and the RV or RI does not come fruition?

Is the HCL really passed?

What are the next steps if nothing happens?

This is not the thread to discuss this. Just thoughts running through my mind.

I want off this 19 year ride. Lol
