I'll take a stab at your question, I used safedinar, many years ago. Chose uncirculated. No problems. 

There are others out there but this one is reputable. Good luck.

Try Currency Exchange , or Currency Exchange of America. They are in Malls, not every Mall but many of them. Go online to find their closest location to you. We bought some from them about 4 yrs ago. All you need is a credit card, no cash, and you get what you want. If they need to order it they will. It was easy peazzy.

I just visited Exchange of America online. They currently have 50K notes uncirculated, but no 25K notes.
