The Finance Committee said on Monday that the budget allocated for the budget 2020 may be less than the previous, where it is likely to calculate the price of a barrel of oil in the budget next year at $ 53 a barrel, while denying the preparation of a supplementary budget for the current year.

"The government did not prepare a supplementary budget, because the budget of 2019 does not need to add new amounts to it," said Mahasen Hamdoun, a member of the committee.

Hamdoun added that "many decisions need financial abundance, and if the funds are available within the budget, it will be implemented on the ground," noting that " Iraq did not achieve the financial abundance that aspires during the budget in 2019." "The budget next year will be the same amount this year or less, considering that the next budget may be calculated on the basis of the price of a barrel of oil $ 53, where there are consultations in this regard, but it is not yet confirmed."

7-22-2019  Newshound Guru Enorrste   Question: ...

do you think this float may cause a meteoric rise in the value...it's going to skyrocket in value quickly...? ...

The CBI has very cautiously moved step-by-step to get every single thing they can think of in place.

When they pull that trigger they are going to have controls just like they've put controls for the last three or four years.

They are going to have controls that will allow them to control the rise of the float.

What they don't want is meteoric.

It will be too scary for them.

They have to control it...I do think it's going to go quickly.

I think within 3 years we'll see $3.00.

That's my own personal opinion...

but I do think they're not stupid and if it starts to be crazy they are to put a ratchet in there...

This [International Monetary Fund] article IV consultation that took place just a couple of months ago is being created now and printed.

My understanding is it said July in the press release.

This is a significant item for us to review because what is it going to say?

Is it going to encourage them to move to Article VIII and open up for business?

Or is it going to say something we don't want to read?

We won't know until we read it.

You wouldn't have all these activities happening in Iraq if the financial system needed the brakes to be put on...

We said a year and a half ago they are never going to go into Article VIII until they are in 2% compliance...

nothing ever happened because they weren't in compliance...

[They are now in compliance]...

Kuwait announces significant progress on prisoners and missing persons in Iraq

24th July, 2019

The Assistant Foreign Minister for International Organizations Nasser Al-Hen said on Wednesday that Kuwait is sparing no effort to determine the fate of its children of prisoners and missing persons in Iraq, noting that efforts during the past period led to information about my site buried in Iraq.

He added in a press statement, commenting on the joint statement issued by the Technical Subcommittee of the Tripartite Commission that the information was submitted to the Technical Committee, which decided to examine the signatories by the Iraqi technical team under the auspices of the International Committee of the Red Cross where a number of remains were found and then take Genetic testing procedures in Iraq.  He said that a joint Kuwaiti technical team from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the General Directorate of Criminal Evidence of the Ministry of Interior has been visited by the Department of Forensic Medicine in Iraq to review the technical procedures taken by the specialists in the Department and to transfer a number of samples from these remains to Kuwait to be genetically tested. And missing persons in the General Directorate of Criminal Evidence.

He pointed out that the initial tests proved positive results for a number of samples brought by the technical team and accordingly Kuwait requested to hand over all the remains to complete the process of genetic examination of all remains and identification of the identities of the remains in preparation for the declaration of those who are recognized.  He stressed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will inform the families of the prisoners after the completion of the genetic examination and the matching of the entire remains to all the information, data and actions taken in order to determine the fate of their families as a human and legal right for them.  He thanked the members of the Tripartite and Sub-Technical Committees and the International Committee of the Red Cross for their efforts to determine the fate of the prisoners and thanked the specialists in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense whose efforts contributed to the rapid access to the burial sites on the ground based on the information provided and digging and exhumation of them. He expressed his hope that this humanitarian tragedy would end and Kuwait would continue its efforts to determine the fate of all Kuwaiti prisoners and nationals of other countries.

On June 20, the tripartite committee to resolve the issue of Kuwaiti prisoners and detainees of the International Red Cross announced the discovery of human remains in Muthanna, the southern province of Samawa, "believed to belong to Kuwaiti civilians and prisoners of war." In a joint statement, the committee said the discovery gave hope to families of missing persons more than 28 years after the end of the war to liberate Kuwait from the Iraqi invasion.  She added that these remains were fully recovered and deposited with the Department of Forensic Medicine in Baghdad for the purpose of extracting the genetic map (DNA) for later matching with the DNA of the families of the missing in that period. The committee, which includes representatives from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United States, the United Kingdom and France on the one hand, and Iraq, on the other hand, said forensic analysis would reveal the approximate number of ransoms extracted and provide information on their nationality.  The last time the remains of Kuwaiti citizens were found was in 2005, while the last collection of remains for Iraqis was found in 2011 so far. The Tripartite Commission is still working to reveal the whereabouts of people who have been missing in both countries since the Liberation War Kuwait (1990-1991).

Wednesday 24 July 2019

Hussein Thugb

"I mean in the market all the economic joints that can move the current reality to a better stage and the life form of Magyar for the above right Now".

The government's concern stems from the full conviction of the need to move to a new stage, which contributes to the promotion of business and creates safe havens for work, which attract elements of the evolving international effort, the owner of technology and capital, especially as many workers in international institutions assert that the global effort to Iraq is that "Earth Treasure".

We are all aware of the importance of the subject. We have a private sector board that is a national initiative by the real sector of work, which is distinguished by the good reputation, experience and ability to manage the economy of a country that is described. The richest in terms of the size of the thrones per square kilometer relative to the population "according to specialized centers."

The economy of the country is on the threshold of an important new phase. It requires a meaningful partnership, with a national motive leading to an economic revolution, through the creation of integrated projects. This is not complicated in our country, which has all the elements of economic advancement from natural resources and intelligent human resources. Ranked first among Arabs and 26 Globally ".

Hope has returned to us, and we are seeing new trends in the management of the economic file with new blood from the public and private sectors that have been reluctant to deal with the responsibilities of managing the economy for the previous stage often.

The march of the thousand miles that we seek can begin with the step of creating an ideal work environment that meets the requirements of the international effort concerned and willing to exist within the Iraqi labor market, which requires serious steps to improve the economy and implement the evolutionary strategies in various sectors.

The Council of the private sector, before it has major responsibilities and demands for results intended to be touched by the citizen in the coming period, and this according to the available data of wealth and human resources and a private sector of good capabilities and an international desire to work in Iraq is not the matter The impossible.
