Oil and gas like water belongs to all Iraqis

 Sunday 30 June 2019

All know that the contribution of Kurdish leaders to write the constitution in 2005, the proportion of not less than 70%, and that the Shiites in which 25% and 5% year, so that the articles are fully consistent with their ambitions, and far from the ambitions and hopes of the Iraqi people in the unity of geography, economy and destiny, Article 27 of the Constitution, which states that public funds are inviolable, is a duty of every citizen. The legislator has the right to say and protect them as a duty of the state and the citizen. Oil and gas are public property that the state and the citizen have the duty to protect. 111 of the Constitution that oil and gas is the property of all the Iraqi people First, the federal government administers the oil and gas extracted from the existing fields with the governments of the regions and producing provinces. This text is loose. The rest of the article indicates that the distribution of its imports Fairly The issue of involvement of local governments in the management of oil and gas is a difficult issue because of the different administrative capacities of these governments, and because of the different objective conditions of these provinces and to prove the inability of the provincial government and councils in the provinces to provide what is useful to the Iraqi citizen since the occupation, And the Kurdish Kurdish difference is caused by corruption, and the drive to sack the conservatives is only a reflection of the deterioration of the political system and the failure to pass a constitution came to the whims of Baghdad and the region and has nothing to do with In the street, did not mention the actions of the central government or the provincial government or the governors to implement the second paragraph of Article 106 of the Constitution, and that the common denominator between all is the chaos in the drainage and chaos in the allocation, in general public funds and public wealth, including oil and gas are not all Of the rule of law and assets

Discovery of the largest "underwater treasure" under the Atlantic Ocean

Discovery of the largest

29th June, 2019

Researchers discovered on Saturday the existence of a valuable "water treasure" under the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of New Jersey, and hoped that this basin of groundwater would be an important "saving" for the future as the fresh water level declined on Earth.  The site "nzherald", "Scientific estimates that the fresh water in the place is enough to fill nearly a billion swimming pools, a huge figure."

In a paper in the scientific journal Nature, the researchers speculate that the basin is the largest of its kind in our planet and is currently estimated at at least 2,800 cubic kilometers, most of it fresh water. Scientists see groundwater in such sites as a future solution to the water crisis, especially as the world's population is constantly increasing and is expected to reach 9.7 billion by 2050.

Several countries in the world, such as India , suffer a severe water crisis. At present, water is expected to run out of 21 cities by 2021, and it is worrying that 100 million people live in these cities.  It was the discovery of the water basin by researchers at Columbia University B aqueduct New York and the Woods Hole Institute for the Study of Reserves during a survey of the northeastern coast of the United States.

The amount of data that supports this going sooner than later is imo as blatant as it gets.

Take the UN for instance.

They came to Iraq for a meeting that is the first of it's kind and affirms support for her sovereignty...

With that sovereignty comes her currency.

I have a hard time believing they showed up for a historic event to tell the world Iraq is international now at a program rate still...

I am sure they are not celebrating today and tomorrow about lifting the last barrier to be a piece of concrete.

Symbolic as it may be, but,

lifting the barriers on the sovereignty of Iraq and her currency is far more likely and far more symbolic globally...
