I think there may be a law in place about something like that. Maybe it is not federal but only state to state. I don't know, but false claim should be illegal.

I have to say that at this point in the investigation it sure appears as though this was a staged event. In a point in American History where racial and social tensions are high, this only amplifies the need for MSM reporting to be more cautious in reporting cases until the evidence has come out.
