If oil gets to 60 I'll be surprised, school starting an less demand. I have a lot of hopeium but can't see why the price of oil needs to go 60-70 a barrel... new york kevin
The price of Brent Crude, the sweetest blend (I believe) was $50.88 ppb at end of day 08/19/16 on oil-price.net I believe the experts said that one of the million pieces of the puzzles that is the RV, is the price of oil in the $60 ppb range. Or whatever the GOI pegs the ppb of oil at in their budget ( I say). Plus security in country. If the Russians keep bombing ISIS as they are, and without warning as we should be bombing, and the Peshmerga get the full cadre of weapons they need to prosecute the ground war, then the security portion should fall into place. Cannot forget the HCL passing, or some other law that regulates the distribution of oil money.
