The State of law Coalition MP Jassem Mohammed Jaafar Friday, granting the territory of Kurdistan, 17% of the federal budget "unconstitutional and prejudice against others," as he noted that it was "politically motivated", called distributed oil b Adalah between provinces.

The Iraqi Cabinet decided on (2 December 2014), to approve the agreement between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, which provides for the extradition of Kurdistan at least 250,000 barrels of oil a day to the Federal Government for the purpose of export, as well as the export of 300,000 barrels of Kirkuk crude through the region to the Turkish port of Ceyhan following a Kurdish delegation concluded by nechirvan Barzani, the Iraqi Government agreement on the share of the budget and the Kurdistan oil exports, will share the territory in Budget by 17%.

this guys is a state of law goon....they have 20 votes left in Parliament.  They would not vote for the budget -no matter what.  This article is meaningless. The deal with the Kurds is done...the SOL hates the Kurds, and will do anything to interrupt Abadi's success,,,,they will get what they deserve here shortly.

It's all iraq there is no other country inside Iraqs borders

The rest of Iraq does get more DontLop. They get 83 percent.

This reminds me of all the bickering that went on between various states in the early years of the U.S.

Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: Rahjt MP for the coalition of state law paradise Yassin Mahdi, Saturday, delay adoption of the budget until the amendment oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil, indicating that some of the political blocs want to be that amendment before the vote.

Said Mehdi for "tomorrow Press", "The oil agreement gives the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq the right to export what it wants from the quantities of oil abroad in exchange for giving the federal government 500 000 barrels."

She added that "this agreement need to be reviewed by the House of Representatives to be adjusted," likely "delay in approving the budget bill for 2015, pending the completion of the modification of this Agreement is commensurate with the Constitution and the law."

The Council of Ministers approved in its regular, in 23 of the current December, the budget bill and sent it to Parliament for formal approval, pointing out that the budget approved B123 trillion dinars and a price of $ 60 per barrel of oil and a large deficit.

The Iraqi government had decided earlier in the imposition of taxes on telecommunications, automotive and other vital matters, while observers are likely to be the only affected by these measures Altqhqih is a citizen.
