Ur news/the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Chamber of Deputies for naming Vice President Mohsen Al-saadun, head of the Committee to the implementation of article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution, and confirmed that the Commission would start work immediately, promised to start work a positive step towards tackling outstanding problems between the Federal Government and the Kurdistan Regional Government.

Carrello, thanks.... I like this article and if I am reading it correctly it says parliament is going to give Kurdistan what they want in regards article 140. Of course 20 minutes from now we may see an article stating just the opposite.

In this article it appears parliament is giving the go ahead for Article 140, however there does seem to be a bit of a dance still to play out. But they are ready to crunch the hours and get this done, as I see it. This is good.

Not to rain on the parade, but the article only seems to be saying that they will begin to work on it, and we all know how long it takes for them to get anything finished over there. They never have a sense of urgency.
