In other words, at that point Iraq will be a fully autonomous and sovereign country, eligible for WTO full accession to membership. Now with regard to a revalue of their currency, there is anecdotal evidence that it must be done BEFORE they finish the WTO accession process. Specifically, Under Foreign exchange and payments (among other relevant information), "Applicants need to describe how their exchange rate is determined, whether their currency is convertible, whether foreign exchange is freely available for trade and payments purposes, whether any regulations exist relating to the retention of foreign currencies, or repatriation or surrender requirements. It would be unnecessarily cumbersome to go through the WTO process and base their accession on a rate and foreign exchange policy they KNOW is going to be changed soon. So imho, WTO Accession comes AFTER the RV. It just makes logical sense. Further, they cannot have a sovereign fully autonomous country and government, until they HAVE a government with all of the remaining positions filled. So bottom line is this. 1) Fill the remaining positions to have a "no doubt about it" fully formed and sitting, sovereign government. 2) RV the currency 3) Either natural expiration of EO 13303 extension in mid-May, OR Obama signs an EO ending it sooner. 4) Either natural expiration of UN extension of DFI fund protection on June 30th (and if after mid-May, it would require another EO extension), OR UN passes a resolution ending it sooner. 5) Upon completion of #3 and #4 above, WTO Accession by a fully autonomous, sovereign, and independent nation of Iraq, with their own newly revalued currency. [Kaperoni] This serves them to control the exchange rate, and gives them foreign currencies as needed for transactions. [Kaperoni] 2. Is to give them cash for purchases for outside the provisions of the “allowed” purchases in the DFI fund. [Kaperoni] Now, these auctions will end once the RV takes place as well. They wont need them cause the DFI money will not have these provisions come June 30th and the final lifting of any remaining UN resolutions under chapter 7. [Kaperoni] Now these auctions have been very low in recent days, which is not good for Iraq financially. Though the auctions costs them lots (selling dinar at 1170 to $1 rate) they also get the cash I mentioned.. [Kaperoni] So it is a catch 22 of sorts for them. [Kaperoni] This recent article is interesting indeed as they talk about the low auctions, the implementation of a tax system (I assume the tariffs) and an international dinar and rate. [Kaperoni] Here is a quote from the article I think tells the story… [Kaperoni] He continued: "This sudden decline will certainly affect the purchasing power of Iraq to foreign currency, but will not last long because of the policy pursued by the Central Bank in the promotion [Kaperoni] of the foreign currency market and raise about the Iraqi dinar exchange rate." [Kaperoni] He is clearly stating… This auction problem will not be for long... that they plan to be part of the foreign currency market (forex) and raise the value of the dinar. [Kaperoni] Here is a comment from my translator friend on this article which confirms what I just mentioned… [Kaperoni] “These articles about the currency auctions are promising too because it is showing how there are issues right now with the auction sales due to the country's tax structure, and this demonstrates [Kaperoni] that they need to re-do their tax code and pull things into the modern age, and that the longer they don't make these economic changes, such as the RV, the longer they will continue to suffer. The interviewer talks about the importance of the issue, and then Saleh from the CBI is interviewed [Kaperoni] and he states the same thing, that they are planning to remove the 3 zeros and that this will be productive to the Iraqi economy and there will be many benefits to the people, to the business, [Kaperoni] and to the GOI. He says that any fears about side effects of the removal of the 3 zeros are overstated and that removing the 3 zeros won't cause any issues. Then the interviewer interviews an [Kaperoni] economics professor/expert attending the conference and this person says that although it is a good idea to remove the 3 zeros, the removal of the 3 zeros is a highly important matter and that it needs to be carefully studied. He states that CBI [Kaperoni] is not the one to approve the removal but Parliament and the council of ministers have to vote to approve it and that they really should and need to have a thorough discussion in Parliament about it before it [Kaperoni] happens. (He is just suggesting that this needs to be done, but he is not saying that such a discussion is required or anything like that). Then there is a third expert that they interview and he says that removing [Kaperoni] the 3 zeros will affect the free market and private sector investment and they need to study the matter to see the best way to remove the 3 zeros so as not to cause any economic problems.” [Kaperoni] Now, I want to end this saying..we are very close…. [Kaperoni] Keep in mind there in no way to know where this process is…in regard to Parliament. It may have been read/approved or is still waiting in line. Being an American, I really dont care about our "tainted" middle east reputation. I care whether my family has food on the table and health. With that said I also believe in America first, and the rest can stand in line. I also believe that Obama doesn't remember what he had for breakfast, much less what he signed one year ago. The whole purpose of raising the zeroes on Iraqi currency is to REDUCE the cost of items and REDUCE the amount of currency one has to carry. Example; a car worth 20,000 usd. costs approximately 23,400,000 dinar at the rate of .000856 cents usd per dinar. Raising the three zeroes from the rate itself making the dinar worth .85 cents usd will then make this car cost 23,400 dinars, thereby REDUCING the cost. The only way to reduce the amount of currency they would have to have tocarry to pay for this is to raise the zeroes from the rate itself, not the currency. If you made the 25 dinar bill worth the same as the 25,000 by lifting the three zeroes from the 25k note and making it a 25 dinar note and at the same time revalueing to the approximate worth of 21 dollars usd as the 25k dinar note was formerly worth, it would take 952, 25dinar notes to pay for this vehicle, thereby, not REDUCING the amount of cash one has to carry. Taking three zeroes off of the rate .000856 making it .85 times a 25000 dinar note would make it worth 21,400 usd. thereby REDUCING the amount of cash a person had to carry for transactions. This, in all essence, is the outcome they are trying to achieve based on most of the articles I have found pertaining to the lifting, removing, or raising of the zeroes.

Did you see that Diane Sawyer has a special report coming up this week? They removed ALL items from a typical, middle class family's home that were not made in the USA . There was hardly anything left besides the kitchen sink. Literally. During the special they are going to show truckloads of items - USA made - being brought in to replace everything and will be talking about how to find these items and the difference in price etc.. It was interesting that Diane said that if every American spent just $64 more than normal on USA made items this year, it would create something like 200,000 new jobs! WAS BUYING FOOD THE OTHER DAY AT WALMART and ON THE LABEL OF SOME PRODUCTS IT SAID 'FROM CHINA’ FOR EXAMPLE THE "OUR FAMILY" BRAND OF THE MANDARIN ORANGES SAYS RIGHT ON THE CAN 'FROM CHINA ' I WAS SHOCKED SO FOR A FEW MORE CENTS I BOUGHT THE LIBERTY GOLD BRAND OR THE DOLE SINCE IT'S FROM CALIF. You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do without. Who needs plastic eggs to celebrate Easter? If you must have eggs, use real ones and benefit some American farmer. Easter is just an example. The point is do not wait for the government to act. Just go ahead and assume control on your own. THINK ABOUT THIS: If 200 million Americans refuse to buy just $20 each of Chinese goods, that's a billion dollar trade imbalance resolved in our favor...fast!! Most of the people who have been reading about this matter are planning on implementing this on May 1st and continue it until June 1st. That is only one month of trading losses, but it will hit the Chinese for 1/12th of the total, or 8%, of their American exports. This is not a political party issue as much as it is a rip off of the AMERICAN PEOPLE that has to be stopped. Some of you already know this some don't. No one has been able to explain to me why young men and women serve in the U.S. Military for 20 years, risking their lives protecting freedom, and only get 50% of their pay. While Politicians hold their political positions in the safe confines of the capital, protected by these same men and women, and receive full pay retirement after serving one term. It just does not make any sense. Why is it that the staffers of Congress family members are exempt from having to pay back student loans. This will get national attention if news networks will broadcast it. When you add this to the below, just where will all of it stop? 35 States file lawsuit against the Federal Government Governors of 35 states have filed suit against the Federal Government for imposing unlawful burdens upon them. It only takes 38 (of the 50) States to convene a Constitutional Convention. This is an idea that we should address. For too long we have been too complacent about the workings of Congress. Many citizens had no idea that members of Congress could retire with the same pay after only one term, that they specifically exempted themselves from many of the laws they have passed (such as being exempt from any fear of prosecution for sexual harassment) while ordinary citizens must live under those laws. The latest is to exempt themselves from the Healthcare Reform... in all of its forms. Somehow, that doesn't seem logical. We do not have an elite that is above the law. I truly don't care if they are Democrat, Republican, Independent or whatever. The self-serving must stop. Proposed 28th Amendment to the United States Constitution: "Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to the Senators and/or Representatives; and, Congress shall make no law that applies to the Senators and/or Representatives that does not apply equally to the citizens of the United States."

Hi All I/We have been adamant for over 12-18 months that the CBI auctions hold a real key to the immanent RV process, I.E there will be a strange turn of events concerning the auctions. There will be a 3 day no auction process at the very least to allow the CBI to complete a full audit of there accounts. We/Group that I belong to have been given some information that I would love to give in full but can’t (you know sources & all that Jazz). However I can help clear some rumours up that have been posted recently. There are 2 new bank accounts opened by the CBI, one being in New York the other in Kuwait. The DFI funds will be deposited in the NYC account on the 30th June 2011, on the same day at the same time 21 billion $s will be paid into the Kuwait bank account this will be a final settlement for the gulf war or invasion. Part of this $21 billion will also be accessible to Iraq on a 3 year basis to aid them in the reconstruction of amenities to the Iraqi citizens. It’s all been finalised in full agreement by the UNSC. I don’t post BS, I never play with DV members minds, I personally go to my meetings every 3 months to meet the group I belong to. I personally told many there would be no RV in 2010 but got my backside whipped for doing so but sadly I was correct & trust me I wish I was wrong but that’s life. I truly believe today’s meeting with my group has now given the end date to this rollercoaster ride we all wish to get off. I am going to PM Doc31 tonight with everything I have on the auctions, after all we have tried to help each other out for many a month. If you guys know me, I try to stay positive and think and pray how huge of a blessing the rv will be! But lately, I have been pretty discouraged. It's not because I believe every rumor that comes out, no that ship has sailed a longggg time ago. But it just makes me wonder if/when the IQD will rv. Especially with the "rv is imminent every week since last November" theory...Also, with all the LOP news lately, that sure hasn't been encouraging. I've been praying for God's will through this entire investment, to give to those who God wants me to give to, even pre-rv on what little income my husband and i live on. I mean even today at church they spoke on giving/sharing with others, and how God will bless you tenfold. I guess I am just getting a little discouraged. But I'm trying to hang in there like the rest of you. After all, I believe this is a lesson in humility and patience. Any thoughts? Anyone else need a little encouragement? Nitrobuzz Rumor: PTR 5/1/11 May 1st, 2011 03:35 pm · This weekend has been interesting with the obvious movement by the GOI to make forward progress. But, even more interesting has been the odd “silence”. I really didn’t want to believe what I had first heard on MTT that there had been a gag order put out. JUST TO CONSPIRATORIAL. Then I read TK saying the same thing but I still didn’t think it was possible and blew it off as someone wanting to feel self important. Now Okie is saying it which is making me sit up now and pay attention. And, although I haven’t read any thread to this effect on PTR it has been oddly silent here as well. If this is true, Dan and Tony are smart enough to not say anything until the “BLACKOUT” period has passed. I can’t say for sure that this is what is going on but it does feel like a perfect storm is brewing!!! This process has made me feel like I’m a 5yr old in the back seat of my parents station wagon saying “ARE WE THERE YET, ARE WE THERE YET”? If our currency went up 10 times you wouldn't have 10 more dollars. You would still have 1 dollar. Our currency is worth more than Mexicos currency but, it doesn't matter unless you're in Mexico. The mighty dollar will go further in Mexico but here, it's still worth a dollar. There will be greater purchasing power for the Gov and suppliers in Iraq. The average run of the mill Iraqi will see very little in the way of improved living conditions. The country will prosper through growth. The people will prosper because of the growth of the nation as a whole, not because their currency rate is more inline with the US and other countries. I've stated before, the Politicians and the Investors will mop up while the average Iraqi citizens will still be mopping. That's just the way it is. IMO

The Koran 9:11 E-mail which began several years ago is a hoax. For those of you who are not familiar with this E-mail ... There is an E-mail going around which suggests that a verse in the Koran (Quran) was prophecy of the 9/11 Tragedy. Someone started an E-mail forward and it began to circulate in cyberspace. Some printed this e-mail and there it went out into Real time. Here is what the E-mail suggested that the Koran (Quran) says: Koran ( 9:11 ) - For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle.. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah; Most thought ... Wow, how cool and began to tell their friends. People LOVE prophecy and many began to try and interpret this prediction. Many interpreted this to mean that the sons of Arabia are the Muslims, so America must be the eagle (Since the American symbol is the eagle) that they woke up and angered at 9/11 and Americans are over there cleansing the land ... One MAJOR prob tho ... These words are not from anywhere in the Koran (Quran). Wow, I have lived in the U.S. for over 40 years now, and I can say fibbing is not just an "Iraqi thing". I am very culturally diversified and I doubt that the Iraqi's fib anymore than any other groups of people. As for myself and my family, we try to live a lifestyle of honesty, integrity, and high morals according to God's standards, and that includes being truthful. With that being said, I know for a fact that not only are the Iraqi workers reporting truthfully about the Dinar changing soon, the Iraqi people, including my friends and family are all expecting this to take place soon. This information is constantly being put on Iraqi TV. So, maybe they are telling the truth and not "Fibbing", as you would put it. So many people on this site have never gotten the chance to have personal relationships with the Iraqi's who live in the U.S. Please don't judge all of the Iraqi's in this manner. You have to understand that for over 30 years they lived under an evil dictator, and in order to survive they were forced to "Fib". I would never be able to explain all of the details in one post.

Good points made within this video. One thing that EVERYBODY needs to think about.... Maybe Iraq is teaching the world a lesson in patience and humility. Being humbled is not such a bad thing. These people have suffered more than most folks can endure and each day to them is just like any other, they know in the end it will all turn out better than they could have imagined. What happens on a daily basis to them is just another day, in some of the most enduring conditions imaginable. What we're going through here in the US is nothing compared to what these wonderful people have suffered on a daily basis for decades. I'll give a brief example: When I hear the whining and see the BS that some folks put out there on these forums at times it really crawls under my skin. Let me give you one example. This may be a bit graphic but it's the reality of Iraq. One base that I worked on allowed a family to be brought in for medical care, we were on the outskirts of Baghdad in a city called Mahmudiyah. Escorted in by the military, a family of Iraqi's, Mother, Father, Uncle and four sons in a small pick up truck drove in to the medical facility, two up front and the rest of the family in the back of the truck. The youngest of the boys was probably about 8 or 9 yrs old. The rest in their late teens. Each of the boys had fatal wounds. The tailgate to the truck was open as the Uncle was basically keeping the boys inside the bed of the truck, he himself was impacted with multiple small shrapnel wounds that were non fatal, the bed of the truck was basically soaked with the boys fluids draining out the back of the truck. All of the boys had large portions of their frames that were not intact or barely being held together. We carried them out as quickly as possible and laid them on the ER tables and proceeded to care for them, unfortunately to no avail. 3 were deceased before their arrival, and the last perished on the table. The uncle was treated as the mother voiced her concerns in a manner that would have woke a large city. The father was in complete shock and just stared outward in dismay. This whole incident was caused by an IED of a 155mm round placed in a street. They just happened to be standing in the wrong place at the wrong time. Totally innocent people. Again, this happens daily there, and not necessarily by Iraqi's there are other forces which I will not go into who have been trying daily to disrupt this country and destabilize it. For those of you who have lost your homes, jobs cars, hey I'm in the same boat too, but I remember things like this and I have to go on with my life to make things happen, it took me four months to land a job, I count myself as lucky. Count yourself as fortunate and wealthy in spirit, faith, family and frame of mind that you do not have to endure what these people have. The violence there is no where near what it used to be. Although Chicago has probably more violence in a month than Iraq has had in the last year, it's no where near as destructive or creates an impact in the lives of those as it does in Iraq. Say a prayer for these people and admire them, until you've walked in their shoes you have no clue what suffering is. Personally I don't think you deserve the right to complain or feel entitlement to this information we share with you, whether good or bad we share it. Just sayin.... So again for those folks who bicker, whine, complain and ridicule.......picture the above story and think twice and speak once. Dollarization? Here is the definition. Dollarization Dollarization means adopting the US dollar as the currency of choice in a foreign country. Many countries today are already dollarized unofficially. Where the purchasing power of the local currency has been volatile, as in Latin America and in the former Soviet Union, people often hold dollars as a store of value. In those cases the domestic currency is commonly used in small transactions, but the dollar is preferred in large transactions and in savings. Official Dollarization In some countries, using the dollar in transactions is perfectly legal, in others it is not. In a very few, the US dollar is the official currency, mostly in small or developing countries. Panama has been officially dollarized since 1904. Other countries have on occasion considered moving to an official dollarized system. Under official dollarization the local currency is completely replaced by the dollar, with the possible exception of coinage. That means domestic banks only accept dollar checking accounts and issue dollar loans. Federal Reserve notes are legal tender and the only form of paper money recognized by the government. Before its latest political and economic crisis, Argentina operated under a currency board system that maintained an exchange rate of 1:1 between the dollar and the peso. That required holding sufficient dollar reserves to fully back the pesos in circulation. The dollar was recognized as legal tender along with the peso. Argentina has since abandoned the peg to the dollar and gone to a floating exchange rate for the peso. In the wake of the Asian and Brazilian economic crisis, Ecuador was unable to avoid a deep recession and banking crisis. In March 1999 the government froze deposits in the entire banking system as the value of the sucre dropped. A year later, after much political turmoil, and with the help of the IMF in structuring its financial system, Ecuador adopted the US dollar as its official currency. This will be an important test of dollarization under very difficult conditions. The US Position There is nothing to prevent a country from unilaterally moving to an official dollarized currency, although the Fed has recommended that it be consulted in advance. At the very least, the Fed would need advance notification of the extra notes that it would have to make available. The Fed has stated that under no conditions would it act as a lender of last resort to foreign banks, nor would its monetary policy be contrary to the best interests of the US. So far, US officials have taken a neutral position, neither encouraging nor discouraging dollarization. However there are many issues, pro and con, for the US and a dollarizing country that deserve careful consideration. Here are a few: A Stabilizing Factor A country with its own currency, typically issued by a central bank, can exercise its own monetary policy. In theory this enables it to manage its money supply, interest rates, and to some extent the exchange rates solely in its own self-interest. In practice however many developing countries have experienced serious problems in their monetary affairs, lacking the institutions and experience needed. It is likely that official dollarization would significantly improve price stability in those countries with a history of monetary problems. Loss of Independent Monetary Policy On the other hand dollarization means that the country can no longer tailor its monetary policy to suit its own needs. Unless its economy closely tracks the US economy, that can be a serious limitation at times. Nevertheless the discipline required might be worth the loss of flexibility. The added stability should offer a better environment for planning business expansion and new enterprise. Under dollarization the central bank would no longer be able to create money, but it would still retain the important task of administering banking system regulations and ensuring sound banking practices. Seigniorage Effects The US gains added seigniorage benefits as countries increase the use of dollar currency. The annual cost to the US of creating and servicing its currency is now less than 0.1% of the face value of currency outstanding. The notes however are sold at face value. Thus notes that are purchased for use overseas are the equivalent of nearly cost-free imports of goods and services to the US. If the US wished to encourage certain countries to officially dollarize their economies, it could easily afford to share some of the seigniorage benefits. That seems a reasonable tradeoff, since dollarization would enhance trade with those countries, to the advantage of both. Political Considerations An important political issue is the effect on national pride. Most people see their currency as a symbol of national sovereignty. Losing their own currency could be difficult for many to accept. It could foster the 'imperialist Yankee' reaction, particularly when some incident strains relations. Also their politicians could find it convenient to lay the blame for their own mismanagement and poor economic conditions on US monetary policy. These, rather than purely monetary issues, appear to be of primary concern to the US. Heres my take and is JMO..... Dollarization was for two reasons. One, keep the Iraqi economy from imploding completely. USD and Dinars work side by side, coexist, and have been since the defeat of Saddam. Two, the dinar was intentionally deflated to 1170 for one reason only, dinar reinstatement. The USD is the only REAL model that could measure the dinars rate increase success over a long period of time. It was duing the study of this model by the UST and CBI, that the precise percentage of inflationary measure had to be met to institute a successfull reinstatement of the dinar back into the Iraqi economy at the correct value. However, there have been many, many, unforeseen problems along the way. Two of the top ones are this: One, the CBI, over the course of a few years could successfully deflate inflation from over 30% to 4% but could only hold it there for so long. Once the objective was reached, it was imperative to implement the plan into play according to the model. Two, Al Nuri-Maliki has been a thorn in the side of many during his struggle to maintain power. Since the 2010 March elections, Maliki has done everything he can to benifit his position, and power. All futile attempts, he has done nothing more than make this very painful for this program to come to fruition. I belive that we are straight on target, and all of the events that have taken place, that lead us here today, all happened in the sequential order that it needed to. This "sequential order", IMO, could have started just after the elections, instead, we see it dragged out over 15 months or so with bits and pieces coming to us each week. So in closing, today we see inflation has been on the rise in the last months. How does the successful implementation of the plan happen when one of the key model componets is not right? Inflation must be delt with, and now, to reach whatever that number is. This is why we see low volumes of cash auctions in Iraq in the last week. Im not sure how long this will go on to reach the goal but one thing is for sure. The CBI is once again shoring up its money again, an attempt to hoard currency off the street. The last thing that government wants or needs is to create independant millionaires in a socialist economy. Many articles of late suggest large notes have been already hard to come by. One thing I'm ABSOLUTELY sure of, there is "NOT" 27 trillion dinar in current circulation. There are many articles saying there is but the real question is, do you believe all what you read. Gadhafi is in a war and has shown that he is more than willing to shell his own people, maybe he should have thought that maybe, just maybe, he might be a target for shelling himself, and maybe he should not have all his children and grandchildren in his immediate location?????? I would be willing to say that the NATO forces where not aiming the strikes at his grandchildren and very likely they had no idea they were there.....maybe?? Our political system has failed. Our Forefathers would be ashamed as to what has happened with their dream. Service in government was supposed to have been a humble honor and not a reward that went to the highest bidder. Our Forefathers would have barred the doors of the Capital and White House many years ago as they looked at the mockery that has shamed the once hollowed halls that forged the dream of a new nation. The blood of the Patriots has been dried and scattered by the winds of indifference and greed. Our Forefathers left a system of Monarchs and class establishments merely to have their goal of freedom for all and a government 'of the people, for the people and by the people' replaced with elitism. Those who were supposed to establish the laws now view themselves above those very laws. They live in ivory towers and glass temples made on the backs of the common man and upon the graves of the Patriots. I am proud to live in America and to be an American and to be part of a family with a long and strong line of Patriots who fought along side of George Washington and his people. I am proud to be of a blood line that has been on American soil back to its beginnings with the Pilgrams and further with the Cherokees and Powhatan Indians. But, I am ashamed, fear, and distrust of my government.
