I got it off of my facebook and posted it here, all I did was right clicked the picture and selected "copy image" and then brought it here and pasted it! I did the same action and put it into a e-mail to a friend!

Reminds me of the song I first heard on American Idol... "Pants on the ground, pants on the ground... looking like a fool with your pants on the ground"!

The second funniest thing I ever heard from a police officer friend of mine was him describing what a suspect looked like trying to "run away" when his pants were down like that!

The funniest thing he ever saw was one of his suspects fleeing down a dark alley on foot... my friend said he never would have been able to see him in the pursuit except.... he was wearing a pair of those sneakers with flashing lights in the heels! Clearly a case of dumbed down criminals!
