It is worth mentioning that the US withdrawal from Iraq were in two phases, the first withdrawal of forces from Iraqi cities and towns and started at the beginning of February in 2009 and ended on 30 june of the same year, and the second phase the withdrawal of combat troops out of Iraq starting from the month of August 2010 and continued until 18 December with the last US troops to the Iraqi border. They still are under sanctions by the UN and they have a currency worth crap (some say not internationally tradeable.. we know what that means) So.... what are they celebrating exactly?
