The National Alliance meeting to discuss the current political landscape update

Baghdad, The political body of the National Alliance, an extraordinary meeting Tuesday, chaired by Dr. Ibrahim Al-Jaafari to discuss the latest developments in the current political landscape.

This is great. Let's just hope they pass it this week. Adam sounds pretty sure that once the HCL is made official we will see the rate change. Let's see what this week brings.
