Last time i checked it was illegal to travel outside of Iraq with more then 200,000 dinar....unless you dealer has a contract with the CBI or other large Iraqi bank....Well you're CASH dinar purchase is supporting SOMEONE who's willing to break the law on a pretty regular basis....even if not a terrorist....thats not exactly the kind of people i'd want to be giving thousands of my dollars to

Thank you for your post. We may be disturbed by it, but it's definitely food for thought. Not everything can be all positive all the time. We have to stay grounded and realistic with this investment.

The IQD I purchased from my bank came from the Federal Reserve. The bank representative told me they were waiting on the Federal Reserve to ship the currency to them for me. I'm not a terrorist. I don't believe that Susie at the bank is a terrorist. I understand that the Federal Reserve is owned and operated by 6 elite families. While I have no doubt they are Illuminati, I am pretty confident they are not terrorist. Since the same 6 families that own the Federal Reserve also own the CBI, it stands to reason that my IQD came from the CBI and at no point in the chain did any terrorist group get funded.

Just a note if you didn't see it, CPA Order 39 was revoked by means of the Iraq Investment Law of 2006 in Article 34 of the law. Link

This is not to state in any way that purchasing IQD is illegal by any means, but the reasons put forth in the article you provided have no bearing on the issue these days.

Who reads all the way down to article 34? LOL. No seriously, if that article revokes Order 39, then why is Dinar still being bought and sold in our Country?

I got my first Dinar in Iraq from a young boy that came to the gate at Camp Spikier C1 Tikrit. Now this boy had 1 hand and 1 foot .He lost them trying to feed his sister after his Family had been killed by One of Saddam's sons .Now he was probably 10-12 years old and he did this for about a year .One day a Guy with a bomb strapped to his body came to the gate and Blew him-self up Killing that little boy,his sister and 20 other people at the gate by throwing himself on a tank NO SOLDIER or AMERICANS hurt . Because that little boy yelled to run because he recognized the bomber and he slowed the man down for us to get away .Now after that we where not allowed to go out of the gate to retrieve our workers .But we were alive and thats all that mattered .

Now i tell you this because that man that had blew himself up WORKED FOR YOU THE GOV. as a TRANSLATOR and had for over a YEAR.

So when you say to me that im supporting terrorist by buying Dinar I TAKE AFFIANCE I HAVE THREE WORDS FOR YOU

If someone was willing to purchase their IQD from an unverified source then they may need to worry. The old adage "Buyer beware" comes to mind. However, there are a number of security measures on each note. I would think that if it is a legitimate note then there shouldn't be much to worry about.

Thanks for the complement hame 55. I get so frustrated with this type of group. Funny thing is at the end of the day, they are exactly what we need to be on the look out for. This is true. If you try to buy more than a million Dinar at one time the seller/dealer cannot sell you more than that in one transaction. Try it. There are ways around it yes, but why take the chance. 2 transactions on different days is perfectly fine. Same day too. Just use different dealers. Just so the FBI & CIA don't make a file on you. Really, look out big brother is watching YOU!

Sorry, unciruld, That is not correct. I purchased just 2 days ago for many, many more than two million dinar without incident from a well known trader who is owned by Sterling Currency and I had no problems at all including sending a wire out of Country for its purchase. I have been doing this every two week for going on four months. I'm not sure who is feeding you that line of garbage but it's simply not true.

True our Government is capable of some very harsh acts but, how soon we forget. WE the People, For The People are the United States Government. The sooner we get folks to remember this the sooner we can once again take charge of our own destinies. For me it is simple. Each and everyone of us has the ability to vote. Regardless of what G Dubb did, our Iraqi Dinars didn't come from him or any other US President - they come from the Middle East.

There are terrorists in the Middle East.

It's probable that Iraqi Dinars have been used to fund terrorist activities.

It's possible that the very dinars you hold were once held by a terrorist.

It's also possible that our government may ask those questions.

This is certainly a very sad story. That boy is definately a hero in my eyes.

With all the crap going on in our own back yard, we are still the greatest country in the world IMO.

This was written 5 years ago? If so, it does not appear they have investigated or arrested any dinar brokers that I know of for terrorist activities. OR have they.
