Computer scanning expert Doug Vogt and typesetting expert Paul Irey say they will accompany attorney Orly Taitz when she presents to the Hawaii Department of Health a subpoena that should allow her to examine Barack Obama's original 1961 typewritten birth certificate.

Vogt and Irey both told WND they are making travel plans to join Taitz in Honolulu when she goes to the state agency at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, to present the subpoena in person.

"We will plan to hold a press conference late in the day of Aug. 8," Vogt said, "and if the document we see varies from the birth certificate documents the White House released, we plan to file criminal charges in Hawaii immediately."

I can only pray they do get a document.

That is the first step to finally put an end to this controversy.

Then address natural born vs native born issue.

either way it would be settled.

The fact obummer has intentionally created this whole fiasco rather than just address the issue straight on and allow all to examine and answer questions scream volumes about his contempt for Americans.

No, It is our Right to have access to information so that we can be informed.

It was not long ago, that we were told "the seriousness of the accusation" requires an investigation.

Right now the impression of a full half of all informed people in this country is that Obama supporters are either SHILLS or DUPES.

How does anyone get to scrutinize records that are sealed? Nothing has been scrutinized other than what has been released which has all been proven to be forged documents. And based on how officials in HI have been dodging this subpoena for the past couple of weeks they must be scrambling to try and come up with something now since they never thought any court would ever sign off on any subpoena. But now that the White House has released the alledged long form BC along with Obama's public announcement on it, any BS privacy issues HI claimed for not allowing anyone to see it is now moot and the privacy issue is no longer valid.

Correction. The proper question here would be, will they apologize for not just releasing this in the beginning and having wasted all the tax payers money running the DOJ all over the country wasting time by having to defend over a 100 lawsuits filed over this when this could have all been avoided in the first place had they just released the original records? Not to mention all the division they caused in this country over this issue.

This would have also avoided from having a 20+ year ranking military officer with a stellar record from having to serve 6 months and losing his pension over this had they just released it in the beginning and it would also have prevented the murder of a federal employee that had information pertaining to Obama's selective service records that he was allegedly going to reveal right before they found him dead in his car parked on a street in DC shot in the head.

There are lives that have been ruined and destroyed over this issue that could have easily all been avoided had they just released the original records, especially if they have nothing to hide. Yet they continued to play games over this and allowed lives to be destroyed while playing games with this.

So will THEY apologize? Doubtful!

There are two separate issues here. One being the place of birth which would determine whether he is even a US citizen or not, and one being whether he is a natural born citizen "IF" he was actually born here.
