  1. They already have the US dollars in Kurdistan as they do in the rest of the Iraq. Using the US Dollar for everything in Kurdistan would only have to be changed at the banking level. I believe that the CBI just past regulations that allow banks and brokers to handle the US dollars and the Dinar in the open market. It wouldn't take much to move everything into the dollars in Kurdistan. If the Kurd's come out with their own currency, it would probably be 1 to 1 with the US Dollar. If the Kurds move that direction it might force the RV or RI of the Dinar. And I say it might, because nothing is for sure in Baghdad.
  2. WASHINGTON | Thu May 30, 2013 2:03pm EDT (Reuters) - The United States was set to relax sanctions on Iran on Thursday to allow American companies to sell mobile phones, software and other technology used for personal communications to Iranians, two U.S. officials said. The move, expected later on Thursday, will allow Iranians to get access to the latest Apple phones and newest software that have only been available on Tehran's black market since sanctions were first imposed in 1992. The U.S. has ramped up tough measures against Iran in recent years to slow development of the Islamic Republic's disputed nuclear program, blacklisting a wide range of Iranian companies and government officials. The United States believes Iran is enriching uranium to levels that could be used in nuclear weapons, but Tehran says its program is for peaceful purposes. The easing of sanctions on technology may be an attempt by the U.S. government to develop goodwill with Iranian citizens before the Iranian national elections next month. Social media played a big role in the wake of Iran's disputed 2009 presidential elections, used by the opposition "Green Movement" to marshal global attention to their cause, and later inspiring protesters in the Arab Spring revolts of 2011. The U.S. government first eased some technology restrictions after the election in 2010, allowing U.S. companies to export to Iran some basic software and free Internet services such as chat and email. But the move on Thursday goes further, allowing companies to sell software and hardware to Iranian citizens, Wendy Sherman, undersecretary for political affairs at the U.S. State Department, said in an interview on the BBC Persian service late on Wednesday. "We have no desire to cut off communications," she said in the interview, which first announced the looser rules. "We in fact want to encourage communications in every way we can." The English transcript from Sherman's interview was provided by the National Iranian American Council, a non-profit group that has long urged the U.S. government to ease restrictions on Iran that hurt ordinary citizens but do little to hinder the government's actions. 4. Iraq and the US already have the Strategic Framework Agreement! The Iraqi Politicians are all thieves and liars. All of them! They can't even read their own politcal history for the past 10 years. They have no intentions of Changing the value of the currency or changing the any of the little Dictator wanna be's. Why should they? They have all the wealth and power and they won't give any of it back to the citizens of Iraq. http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/library/policy/national/iraq-strategic-framework-agreement.htm Section XI: Final Provisions 1. 5. I have a few of both types for sale. Would meet for the exchange. As Brothers in Christ, we might both be blessed. RoyseCorp at yahoo for additional information.
  6. Soledad O'Brian is a "TALKING HEAD" for the Democrats and Obama. You can tell by the smeerk on her face as to her motives and the questions she asks. She just took the talking points from the the Obama Campaign and attacked Chaffetz. Why isn't she asking the questions to Obama and Clinton on who would not send in the proper security for one of our Ambassadors? Since Obama has the kill list in front of him at all times and Obama has the final say on who dies and who lives in those countries, maybe our ambassador was on Obama's Hit List. Soledad O'Brian is the prime example of the "Gotcha Media" and break down of the real news reporting for the benefit of the public.
  7. Thanks Yota! BUT! This is just SMOKE!!!!!!! There is always an exception! "I'll do this if you do that" This will buy them another week of BS and positioning! This is just like Shabs when he said "SOON"!
  8. Biden is Flying around the Globe picking up Campaign Contributions and Absentee votes from The November election. Obama and O-Biden want the money and those votes in early.
  9. The Stocks listed on any exchange would have to be worth something first. They would have their own classification: we could call them: "less than penny stocks"
  10. Central Bank of Iraq, Thursday, the reduction of teams dinar exchange rate to 4% after it was 7%, while assuring that the process of raising its value in the Iraqi market and to make one dollar equal to 1000 dinars. Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of the appearance of Mohammed Saleh in an interview for "Alsumaria News" "The Bank was able to reduce the difference between the sale price of the dollar in the auction conducted by a day and between the price of the dollar in the market to 4% after it has reached more than 7% during the last period," asserting that the Bank "seeks to reduce the difference to 2%, which is the difference the natural in the world and accepted in the difference of price. " Saleh added that "the Bank is working to make the dollar worth 1000 dinars," adding that "seeks to raise the exchange rate of the dinar in the coming period and proportional to the strength of the economy especially that Iraq will lead the energy market in the world for years to come. Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?app=forums&module=post&section=post&do=reply_post&f=5&t=118110#ixzz1vn2IIGxN It's appears that it is going to be a very slow managed Float, Boys and Girls!!!!!!!!!!! Last quarter they increased the value of the Dinar from 1170 to 1166. Some said this was a test. It appears that it was! Now they said that they want to increase the value from 1166 (or from 1189 or 1289-what ever it is) to 1000 dinar per US dollar. This is a managed float. At this rate it will take 3 years to get to the 1 to 1 exchange rate. OR as they stated in a previous article we might have only 18 months from June 1st. So is this smoke and mirrors? Half truth and half lies? It could be Both or it could be the truth. So! this could drag out for a long long time. I still hope for a major RV this month. BUT! As Adam said! "Stick the Dinar back in the Sock drawer and wait for my email"! So we go back to work or play or what ever we do while we wait. We still have to live, and take care of our families.
  11. Thanks Easy! If my memory serves me correctly, Doesn't Chapter 7 has to be removed before they can RV and be Internationally recognized officially and trade their currency? That would put the RV after the June meeting at the earliest. Am I remembering this correctly? Doesn't The US Protection only apply tot the money that is held in the US Accounts for the Iraqi Oil sales? How can the Presidential Order supersede the UN Chapter 7 and still continue to protect Iraq from Creditors from suing Iraq?
  12. I believe Iraq has to officially request to be removed from Chapter 7, and the UN has to either accept the request to remove them or deny the request and remove them out of Chapter 7. Question 1: Has Iraq officially requested to get out of chapter 7 and has the UN accepted their removal. Question 2: Would they accept the request if it is put before them? Question 3: Can the UN decide with out a request to take Iraq out Chapter 7 or leave them under Chapter 7 with out any Official Request from Iraq? Does anyone know where we are with this issue?

  14. Tuesday, 10 April 2012 21:12 Baghdad (AIN) –The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, assured that the independence of the Central Bank of Iraq will save the Iraqi money. In a statement received by AIN on Tuesday and while received the Governor of the CBI, Nijaifi stated “We assure on the independence of the CBI according to the item (103) of Article (2) of the constitution and item (2/2) of the CBI law 56 of 2004.” “The parliament supports the independent work of the CBI according to the constitution,” he pointed out, stressing the necessity of “The communication between the CBI and the specialized Parliamentary Committees to discuss the issues that Iraq suffers from.” For his part, CBI government explained the reasons behind the increase of the USD to the IQD by stating that “The poor local production and the decrease of the exportations of Iraq, except oil, in addition to the lack of the procedures to involve the capitals and investment companies are the reason behind such issue.” Nijaifi stressed the necessity of keeping the CBI independent to preserve the Iraqi money. Earlier, the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, announced, during Saturday parliament session, that he sent a message to the PM, Nouri al-Maliki, asking him not to “Interfere in the work of the CBI and showing its duties and objectives.” /End/ http://alliraqnews.c...itical&Itemid=2 Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/113388-nijaifi-warns-from-governmental-supervision-on-cbi/#ixzz1rfiWbszE
  15. This should answer all the questions and all the speculation about the CBI and Shabibi. Thanks for Posting this article!
  16. Don't Forget whom Shabibi is connected to! Shabibi worked for the United Nations and with the IMF. I don't think they will let Maliki dispose of Shabibi. The IMF and the UN have too much invested in Iraq to let Shabibi fall. What matters the most to them is the new cash flow from Iraq into the UN and IMF coffers. They can find 1000 Malikis to fill his position. There are very few Shabibis that can do what he has done. http://www.facebook....150546378316820 Info Related Posts Wikipedia 234 like this44 talking about thisCreate a Page Sinan Al Shabibi LikePublic FigureWant to like this page?To interact with Sinan Al Shabibi you need to sign up for Facebook first.Sign UpIt's free and anyone can join. Al-Maliki and his government succeeded the Iraqi Transitional Government. He is currently in his second term as Prime Minister. His first Cabinet was approved by the National Assembly and sworn in on May 20, 2006; his second Cabinet, in which he also holds the positions of acting Interior Minister, acting Defense Minister, and acting National Security Minister, was approved on December 21, 2010. Al-Maliki began his political career as a Shia dissident under Saddam Hussein's administration in the late 1970s and rose to prominence after he fled a death sentence into exile for 24 years. During his time abroad, he became a senior leader of Dawa, coordinated the activities of anti-Saddam guerillas and built relationships with Iranian and Syrian officials whose help he sought in overthrowing Saddam. While having worked closely with US and coalition forces in Iraq since their departure by the end of 2011, there have been claims that al-Maliki has been trying to gain control over the armed groups in his country as means to consolidate the Prime Minister's power and marginalize Sunni opposition.[1] [2] Basically Maliki is a Liberal in education and religion. He wanted to overthrow Saddam so that He could become the new dictator and set up another Islamic state with himself as the new Dictator.

  18. Will Obama appear in Baghdad on his current trip abroad? His schedule is blank after Korea. I wonder why??????? http://www.whitehouse.gov/schedule/complete
  19. When all the Arab leaders arrive in Baghdad, what currencies will they bring with them to use? When I travel to other countries, I always bring back gifts and memorabilia for my family and friends. What will these leaders take home with them and how will they pay for all this stuff. Will Iraqi Dinars be Internationally recognized and trade-able by the time the summit occurs? Can they do this with out an RV? What will those leaders bring for Currency? Will they bring Dollars? Will they bring Gold? Will they bring their own currency? Will they bring Iraqi Dinar and cash them In?
  20. which will be through the transfer of Iraq to rank first in the Arab world, and took its rightful place in it.http://www.sotaliraq...5#ixzz1oxu5Ay5s And how can Iraq be ranked 1st in the Arab world while holding toilet paper for currency? They would be embarrassed if they don't RV!
  21. Are these the real numbers in the budget ????? If they are; it would appear that the exchange rate is equal to --- 1 Dinar - to - $ 1.17 Is this the Rate or am I missing something?
  22. This is hard to believe! My daughter teaches sign language and all of her students know the English language, and most are very proficient at writing it, and know how to type it. I would question the verbiage in the first statement that is so broken and disoriented, it almost seems to be intentional. Then the the one above( in this quote) that is fairly fluid. What are you trying to prove by using this as an excuse. Type out your statement in Word and spell check it and grammar check it in Word, then copy and paste it here. That will also give you a chance to think about the points that you really want to make. Sometimes, when we read (in black and white) the complaints we want to make about others, we decide that we really don't want to post it after all. Somethings are better left unsaid. As far as your comment about Dinar Guru; I don't always agree with some of the things that he posts, but, he has been a round long enough to have read most of the junk like the most of us have and he has taken the time to bring a lot of the false statements and a lot of the missed guesses from a lot of the those people that are putting their names and voices out there for us to listen to and read. Since you are supposedly a Newbie; you should take a little more time reading and studying this subject matter before you start casting dispersions about others. I for one was lurking in the back ground for several years, reading and watching those that were researching and discussing the Dinar before I joined this site. I don't agree with everyone here on this site or in the other sites, both present and those that have gone by the way side, but I will tell you this. If you have put 1/10th of the time and energy into this speculative investment as the Dinar Guru and the others that you might challenge, then and only then should you step forward with a complaint about someone else. There are a lot of smart people in this investment. And There are a lot of quacks out there that only want to make it painful for others and take advantage of them. It takes time for you to find those that you migrate too. But be assured! As you learn more you will migrate to those that are here for all the right reasons and you will leave the others behind. You should be thankful that this site is here for you to be a part of. Read everything, believe very little and make up your own mind. But remember this! When you think you have it figured out, it will change and you will be disappointing and frustrated. Be patient and strong and you and I and everyone else in Dinar land will arrive at the RV at exactly the same time. NO ONE KNOWS THE TIME OR THE DATE OR THE REWARD! THIS IS JUST LIKE "LIVING" EVERY DAY! YOU DON'T KNOW WHEN THE END WILL COME! Good luck and GOD Bless you!
  23. Air Force Main article: Republic of Korea Air Force The ROK Air Force (ROKAF) is a modern air force, which fields some 600+ combat aircraft of American design. In contrast, the North Korean Army has roughly 1,600–1,700 aircraft, but mostly obsolete types of Soviet and Chinese origin. Korea began a program for the development of indigenous jet trainers beginning in 1997. This project eventually culminated in the KAI T-50, dubbed the "Golden Eagle" which is used as a trainer for jet pilots, now being exported to Indonesia. An armed version of the T-50 is the modified A-50, which can be fitted with free-fall or precision missiles such as the AGM-65 Maverick. South Korea maintains a modern air force in order to defend itself from various modes of threats, including the North Korean Army, which fields about twice as many aircraft. As of 2007, it operated more than 180 KF-16C/Ds, 234 F-5A/B/E/Fs, 130 F-4D/Es, 32 F-15Ks with the rest of the 29 F-15Ks being delivered by June 2010, and a number of South Korean made KAI A-50s among its combat aircraft. The Korean variant of F-15E were named F-15K Slam Eagles. South Korea became one of the world's few aircraft exporters when it exported 19 KT-1B indigenous training aircraft to Indonesia in 2003. Korean Aerospace Industries, the South Korean national aerospace company, has plans to export more KT-1 and T-50 Golden Eagle supersonic trainer aircraft. The Republic of Korea Air Force also expressed interests in acquiring the RQ-4 Global Hawk and Joint Direct Attack Munition kits to further improve their intelligence and offensive capabilities. The replacement programs for the T-50 and A-50 are the KTX-2 and F-X, respectively. The latter has been fulfilled by the Boeing F-15K.[16] The South Korean government also announced its plan to develop indigenous helicopter manufacturing capacities to replace the aging UH-1 helicopters, many of which had seen service during the Vietnam War. The program originally included plans for the development of both a civilian and a military helicopter. This was later revised and gave priority to the utility helicopter program. Based on the success and experience of the civilian KMH (Korean Multi-purpose Helicopter) the attack helicopter, which would share a common configuration, will be developed.
  24. This has been happening since 2004. Make believe government! The Iraqi leaders will not change anything. They are all a bunch of little Dictator wannabes and they have their hand on the money (oil) and nothing will change until another invasion happens. Why should any of them change what they are doing now? They have the power and the money! The Dinar may look cheap to us but its all the same to them. The politicians have everything they want to live in luxury! I bought into this dream a long time ago, and I hope that it all works out the way we want. Go RV
  25. Always check the CBI web site: These are the only numbers that matter! Announcement No. (2071) The latest daily currency auction was held in the Central Bank of Iraq on the 6-FEB-2012.
