They will always be a threat .Noal life in this part of the world. Bring all the troops home and let them deal with it. They have some sort of crisis every other day so they should be experts in dealing with these guys

If US military personnel stay in Iraq, would that be a good reason for CBI to delay the RV on purpose?

Short answer is yes.

Long answer is... About a year ago, they reduced our military down to 2500 personnel and decided they were going to change the job duties to managerial or training instead of combat. (Not the correct words but close enough) This could be the difference allowing them to RV.

I didn't feel like looking up the article so I used my own words

At this point I don't think they need a reason, however, they'll do their damnedest to fabricate a whopper that the criminals can hide behind.

So must that be a good reason why we haven't been seeing the RV in the last 20 years because US military personnels have still been staying in Iraq??

No, I believe it has to do with corruption in most governments involved. It will happen when the time is right. I've said many times that I believe arrests, market collapses, Trumps return etc will take place before the reset happens. I never expected Trumps return to wait until the next election but here we are.. If the dinar revalues before reset and arrests, it should happen in the next few months with April being a key time to watch. If not it'll probably take place beginning of next year as I expect a market collapse this fall. Who knows for sure but I do know Iraq is making great progress
