Al-Mashkoor said, “The oil and gas law is a subject of disagreement between the federal government and the region, as they both view it from their own angles,” noting that “there are 11 controversial points regarding its articles that were drawn up by the federal government, and they need time to be resolved because they are in the spirit of the law and interfere with its name.” ".

Come December they won’t get it done, then they will have to wait till after ramadan, then after that the winds will be blowing the wrong way, then the camels will be sick. It is never ending with these people. 
 

However, a lot has been happening and going on. This is just one guy saying this. It may be smoke too. It is the same with the rise in the dollar. Change the rate and then see what happens. I think it is interesting though their social security program goes into effect mid November though.

 I am not saying this info is right or wrong but, those of us who have been here for years know how much they lie, regurgitate articles and put out conflicting info.  As @Luigi1 is known to say frequently, watch what they do , not what they say. My consolation to some extent is that this can't run for the next 100 urs and if I don't benefit my nieces and nephews will
