ARTICLE:  The start of the second round of high level meetings between the Iraq delegation & the US government regarding the high price of the Dollar.  A source said in a news interview today, that "the meeting which was being held in Turkey will compliment yesterday's meeting".

Both... which would make sense for most of us. We would receive the money and then have a splurge with all the plans we have.
