/ Mawazine News / will publish, on Tuesday, the decisions of the Council of Ministers during the regular session held today, Tuesday, headed by its resigning president, Adel Abdul Mahdi.
The Information Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement, which Mawazine News received a copy of, that "the Council of Ministers held its regular session headed by Prime Minister Adel Abdel-Mahdi, and issued a number of decisions."
The statement added, "The Cabinet approved the calculation of the unauthorized certificate presented to the administration prior to the issuance of this decision, provided that the jurisdiction and the need exist when appointing, and the senior management has the discretionary authority for the above."
The Cabinet decided, according to the statement, to "what is stated in the decision of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelter for Families Displaced by Terrorist Operations No. (816) for the year 2019, according to the following:
1. Modify the name of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelters for Families Displaced by Terrorist Operations, to become (the Higher Committee for Relief and support for the Displaced).
2. The tasks and functions of the committee will be above, supporting, assisting and following up the displaced in case of emergency, and re-establishing and reintegrating them upon return.
3. Adding a representative of the Ministry of Electricity to the committee for the purpose of participating in its meetings. ”The
 council agreed on the following:
 1. The Minister of Finance was empowered not to spend some of the amounts specified in previous cabinet decisions to allocate the emergency reserve for the purpose of securing the amount mentioned in paragraph (2) .
2. The Ministry of Finance secures an amount of (11750000) dollars, only eleven million seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars, equivalent to (13888500000) dinars, only thirteen billion eighty eight hundred and eighty million five hundred thousand dinars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting for the purchase of five million cards National raw from the reserves reserves reserved, according to the provisions of Article (5) of the Federal General Budget Law of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year / 2019.
The Council of Ministers also agreed, “Increase the financial allocations for Al-Zawra Clubs and the port by an amount of one billion Iraqi dinars each for the year 2019 - 2020 of the company allocations The affiliate affiliated to her not to bear the state budget any costs while urging the Ministry of Youth and Sports to expedite the preparation of the Sports Clubs Project. ”

{Baghdad: Al Furat News} The Council of Ministers held its regular session, today, Tuesday, headed by the resigning Speaker of the Council, Adel Abdul Mahdi, and issued a number of decisions.
The Council of Ministers agreed to calculate the unauthorized certificate presented to the administration prior to the issuance of this decision on the condition that the jurisdiction and the need exist when appointing, and the senior management has the discretionary authority for the aforementioned.
The Council decided , according to the statement, received {Euphrates News} a copy of it, the approval of the statement in the Supreme Committee 's decision to relief and sheltering families displaced by the terrorist operations number (816) for the year 2019, according to the following:

Direct: The Iraqi Council of Ministers issued a number of decisions, in its regular session, headed by Adel Abdul Mahdi, one of them related to the file housing the families displaced as a result of the terrorist operations.

The Council of Ministers said, in a press statement, today, Tuesday, that it approved what was stated in the decision of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelters for families displaced by terrorist operations, that the name of the Supreme Committee for Relief and Shelters for Families displaced by Terrorist Operations be modified to become the "High Committee for Relief and support for the Displaced" ".

The Council also agreed that the tasks and functions of the new committee should be to support, assist and follow up the displaced in the event of an emergency, and to restore their stability and reintegration upon return, as well as adding a representative of the Ministry of Electricity in the committee for the purpose of participating in its meetings .

The council’s decisions included empowering the Minister of Finance not to spend some of the amounts specified in previous cabinet decisions to allocate the emergency reserve for the purpose of securing the amount mentioned in paragraph 2 .

The decisions included that the Ministry of Finance secured an amount of 11.750 million dollars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting for the purchase of five million raw national cards from the amounts of the reserved emergency reserves.

The Council of Ministers also agreed to increase the financial allocations for the clubs of Al-Zawra and the port by an amount of one billion Iraqi dinars each for the years 2019 - 2020 from the allocations of the profitable company affiliated to it, not to bear the state budget for any costs while urging the Ministry of Youth and Sports to accelerate the preparation of the sports clubs project .

Also, it was approved to accept the grant from South Korea's Puyong Co., Ltd. to the Ministry of Education .

The Cabinet decided yesterday, Tuesday, to allocate approximately 14 billion dinars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting to purchase 5 million raw national cards. The Council also decided to increase the financial grant allocated to the Al-Zawra and Al-Mina Clubs by one billion dinars each, and issued several other decisions.
A statement of the Prime Minister’s Media Office stated that the Cabinet held its regular session yesterday, headed by the head of the caretaker government, Adel Abdul Mahdi, and issued a number of decisions, whereby the Council agreed to calculate the unauthorized certificate presented to the administration before issuing this decision on the condition that the jurisdiction and presence exist Need when appointing and senior management discretionary for the above.

The Council stated that it “agreed to give the Minister of Finance the authority to refrain from spending some of the amounts specified in previous Cabinet decisions to allocate the emergency reserve for the purpose of securing the amount mentioned in Paragraph (2), and that the Ministry of Finance secures an amount of (11750000) dollars, only eleven million seven hundred Fifty thousand dollars, the equivalent of (13888500000) dinars, only thirteen billion eight hundred and eighty eight million five hundred thousand dinars to the Ministry of Interior for the purpose of contracting for the purchase of five million raw national cards from the reserves of the reserves seized, according to the provisions of Article (5) of the Budget Law Federal General of the Republic Iraq for the fiscal year / 2019 ".
He pointed out that "the Cabinet agreed to increase the financial allocations for the Al-Zawra and Al-Mina Club Clubs by an amount of one billion Iraqi dinars each for the years 2019 - 2020 from the profitable company allocations belonging to it, provided that the state budget does not bear any costs while urging the Ministry of Youth and Sports to accelerate the preparation of the sports clubs project."
