And on this Friday it is my turn to be surprised.....Blassey Ford had zero credible evidence....and not one person to back up her story.....it wasn't some fringe website....there were hours of live coverage of her testimony before Congress......

 

You can't really believe there was evidence indicating this Womans testimony was credible enough to keep Cavenaugh out of the Supreme Court.....can you?

I didn't say that.....I said it was a "she said, he said and there are no winners" in that scenario....She was every bit as credible with her testimony as Judge Cavanaugh was with his testimony......So no, the court of public opinion doesn't confirm Supreme Court Justices....the ruling political party does.

All trials or accusations at first are "he said,she said" . Then the facts, or lack of them come out. 

So you are calling all the senate hearings and witnesses testimony that brought out the fact she has no one to back her story, people she said were there but have no knowledge of the event, fringe proof? Yes, you hate all Trump and are blind to truth you don't like.

The problem I have with Trump is I don’t know if his wonky behavior ( tweets mostly) are part of his act to keep his base fired up or his real self.  I will say this, I like what he’s done for our businesses, our workers, our unemployment, drug addiction and going after drug gangs, Border Security, going after China, making Europe step up, changing NAFTA, trying to find peace through tough ready to go to war if necessary rhetoric with North Korea,  trying to get a better Healthcare Bill passed, riping up the Iran Nuclear Deal,  and so many more.  The guy is a disruptive force and he’s changing the status quo which WASN’T  WORKING for OUR COUNTRY.  People get hung up on his style and antics.  I hate those as well, but if you are going to get crazy over style then NO President could stand up to that standard. Not Bill Clinton or Barrack Obama, who both had all kinds of baggage and style issues.  Just my opinion and I worked in the Clinton campaign.

 

Look at what this President has accomplished if you can be open minded for 2 minutes, not so much what he says.  Actions mean more to me than tweets.  His actions are helping this country and if you don’t believe that then you have an agenda.  Just think what could have been accomplished if the Dems would do their jobs.  Many of the things he has tried to do are right off the Dem wish list.  Nope we must hate and debunk anything Trump. WHY?  We don’t like him, we don’t like his style.

I do have an agenda.....a cohesive country, where all citizens matter...not just the ruling party's supporters.  I'm sure you've heard this before, but I'm not a Democrat and up until the rise of Trump I was a legitimate fence sitter having voted almost equally Republican and Democrat my entire adult life.  I wasn't raised to treat other human beings like Donald Trump treats those he's threatened by and I simply won't sit by without voicing my opinion of his divisive rhetoric.  Treat people how you wish to be treated, it's a golden rule for me.  I am a never Trumper, not a never Republican.

Let’s say for grins that Trump gets totally Impeached and Pence becomes the President.  Would you vote for him over a Socialst agenda that Bernie or Warren wants in 2020.  Would you support Pence if he were to try and get some things accomplished that would be good for the country ( some of the same things Trump has tried to get passed in Congress).

Sure I would support Pence......he would have to soften his stance on being inclusive to all U.S. citizens though.  But I believe him to be a good man.....I wouldn't expect any personal nastiness from him.

Ok, good, we aren’t so far off then.  All I want is our politicians to stop giving our country away to enrich themselves and do the work they were hired to do to help the most citizens.  We have so many things that need fixing that aren’t getting done.  I hold both Parties responsible for not getting legislation passed.

You know I used to think you were only parroting the party line and could eventually be shown the light. But It has become clear that the forces that motivate you have completely blinded you. Not only are you blinded to what's directly in front of you, you are also blinded to your inability and lack of desire to even try and learn from the other side.
