Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Monday that Iraq is on the threshold of a new stage and victory after defeating the criminal organization 'Da'ash', stressing the importance of continuing and maintaining victory through reconstruction and construction. 

"There is no impossible challenge for the Iraqis," Abbadi said in a speech at the Saman Cement Investment Plant in Al-Muthanna province. "The world described what was achieved by victory over a miracle prodigy, and another achievement will be achieved by building and rebuilding the country." 

"We are on the threshold of a new stage and victory after passing through the dangerous stage of liberating the lands from the terrorist gangs that targeted the country's existence," he said.
