fnbplanet
It's just one step in the right direction. This article is about the Kurds agreeing with themselves. After the Council of Ministers approves it, then it goes to the Parliament - where at least three different groups need to read it twice and vote on it. Not gonna happen this week....

Sheesh - I can't even agree with myself! And when I do, it goes to the Monkey Parliament in my head, where 3 different simians bounce around yanking on each others' tails and babbling. Then I vote on the issue at hand and usually veto them monkeys! I do see this as progress; they're talking towards finding common ground, not blowing each other up or beheading anyone.

Barzani wants his Cake, Ice-Cream, Toppings because of his "Greed" but could care less for the Kurdistan citizens. The Barzani's need to be gone for good or 100% genuinely agree with Baghdad to resolve all differences in regards to all outstanding issues primarily "HCL" to give a better life for all Iraqi Citizens in all provinces. Iraqi's Rise Up & Force The Hand of The GOI, KRG and Parliament and watch your Country make major changes.
