Yota Thanks,  DV,   The 2nd reading of the Budget 2017 will be a good sign on Saturday which leads us to the Final Vote hopefully within a few weeks IMHO.  I strongly feel after the Liberation of Mosul the dominoes will start to fall...."HCL",  Other important laws passed, Vacant Minister positions filled within the GOI and most importantly the elusive "RV / RI" will be delivered to the Iraqi citizens, DV and the rest of the world.

Hi Snow, if you go to the search bar here in DV and type in oil agreement in 2017 budget you will see various articles posted by Yota stating such.
