The new parliamentarians will be sworn in during Monday's session the constitutional

European Union: According to a statement released by the Iraqi Council of Representatives, Wednesday, the opening session of the electoral cycle will see the second on Monday, the swearing of the new MPs.

The statement said that "the opening session of the electoral cycle will see the second on Monday, the swearing of the new MPs.

And that at ten in the morning at the Convention Center Great Hall, "adding that the meeting" will be presented through the media and the semi-official al-Iraqiya. (TV Al Iraqiya (Iraqi Media Network).

The Federal Supreme Court announced on (06.01.2010) ratifying the final results of general elections for membership of the House of Representatives in 2010 on the forms approved by the Electoral Commission for elections based on the provisions of the seventh paragraph of Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Iraq.

On the other hand, said the President of the electoral administration in the Electoral Commission of Iraq Wednesday, the Commission formed a committee to determine the MP from the older of the winning candidates for membership in the Iraqi parliament.

Hamdiya Husseini said in a statement (Akaniwz) "The Commission received a formal letter from the House of Representatives need to answer the inquiry contained on the Attorney eldest of the successful candidates for membership of the House of Representatives next authenticated by the Federal Court."

She explained that "The Commission formed a committee to audit the personal archives of the successful candidates members of the Iraqi parliament after checking out that Hassan Nouri al-Salman, Iraq top the list is the oldest member."
