OH boy what a lot to take in.  If there is a deal to protect him, there "MUST" have been stipulations for maliki.  So, if he failed, all bets are off.  He is sabotaging Abadi's govenrment and Abadi won't have it.  He's had all he wants to take from maliki.  I believe they will remove him and his immunity, and then it's all about who gets him first.   The folks will tear him apart.   My guess is, "IF" any country will have him, he will be in exile secretly escaping out of the country.  And Iran may talk smack, but I bet they will take him.  Heck, there is plenty of room in Syria...lol
