parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Thursday for a meeting next Monday to discuss the budget and make some adjustments before they are presented to the Parliament on the seventh of this month's meeting.

now that's funny as Shiite....Tuesday they said meet Saturday,but there were problems due to the price of oil--that it had dropped below 60 and they were likely to have to rework the whole thing and send it back to the cabinet again.  Then yesterday, they said a meeting Saturday (which by the way was postponed from Monday of this week supposedly) which would get things resolved but the changes were due to the Education department.  Now this article saying hey, we meet Monday and submit it to Parl for vote on Tuesday.  This is a great example of what happens when you lie....you cant remember what you told what to whom.  Comical.  The smoke is so thick.

Likely in the parliamentary finance committee member, on Wednesday, re-draft budget law to the Council of Ministers to make adjustments as a result of the increasing decline in world oil prices, and among that the budget was built on the $ 60 per barrel was today dropped to $ 55, said that the Finance Committee will meet on Sunday for the next two consecutive days to discuss the decline.

Said committee member Ahmed Sarhan that "the continuing decline in oil prices below the level at which it was built the budget will affect the construction of the budget deficit and increase the proportion of it."

It is said that global oil markets have recorded price of $ 55 per barrel, while economists are likely to lower the price below this level.

shoot  folks  they will need  to balance the  budget with ,,  45.oo  dollar barrel per oil ,  that way they  can get the budget  accomplished , and the  over  payment of money per  barrel  is ,  money  toward  the other  projects ,  { like  the zero`s ,  or   just  stuff it into the  reserves }   I think oil will be this  low  for  at least 4 more months

That rabbit just keeps going down doesn't it. And they just keep chasing after it. They just keep holding up the budget by wanting to adjust the oil price. Set the price lower(28 bbp is good) to what it is now, set the budget on that number and when the oil rises in price you will look like a genius. Is there an Arabic word for genius? This reminds me of the bugs bunny cartoon that the dog chases bugs and when he captures him wants to hug him and love him and call him George. 

 

Just remember if you dig a hole deep enough eventually you come out the other side.

Khandan -ali Nagy announced the parliamentary finance committee, it will start to hold their first meeting to discuss the draft budget for fiscal 2015 Act, next Sunday, before the resumption of the House of Representatives sessions, which will begin next Wednesday. A member of the Committee MP for the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan capable Mohammed told "Khandan": "He was supposed Finance Committee to hold a meeting on Saturday to discuss the budget bill, but postponed the meeting until next Sunday," he said, adding that "the meeting will discuss all the doors of the budget, as well as applications and parliamentary proposals about them."and member of the Finance Committee in Parliament "The approval of the budget in 2015 will be faster than the adoption of the 2013 budget, and that the lack of political differences around," expected "approval late this month or early next month."
