CNN. Broadcasting From A Corner News Stand In Kuwait Where Frank Is Skillfully Interrogating The Blind Clerk For Intel !

 

 

 

10-8-2013   Intel Guru Frank26      Last year the debt to Kuwait was $13 billion; Iraq made quarterly payments totaling $3 billion, and they are left with $10 billion owed, which in Frank’s opinion Iraq has already paid, it has not been reported yet in the media; the border land dispute with Kuwait is settled; the census in Iraq is settled, Kurdistan is happy.  I Team reported...that Iraq has paid the 10 billion and I Team updated today that indeed the payment was made and it was at the new rate, but they will not reveal the rate until the AoP is ready.  In the USA, the UST is invoking an old law that allows the use of foreign currency to pay the national debt; O has been told what has been done and what is about to happen.

According to the Kuwaiti Ministry and the Iraq Ministry they have reached an agreement about where the Iraqi Dinar should be in the Kuwiati Times Newspaper 3 days ago. Everybody knows that the Iraq Dinar is one of the most secure currencies in the world right now and that it's value is deeply under rated.

The problem is the Iraqi Dinar should be stronger than Kuwait's because of how much more oil Iraq has but as you know politics is holding it at bay. The Kuwaiti's do not want the Iraq Dinar to be more than Kuwaiti Dinar but at least they have an agreement made.

It is unclear though when this message will be out to the US since the government shut down is going on. When I find out more information I will let you know. Take care.

10-9-2013  Newshound Guru Stryker    Now that we know that the remaining Kuwait war debt is paid and they in fact are out of Chapter VII fully and are fully sovereign, then we also should know that this was the last thing keeping Iraq from regaining their Frozen Funds, DFI Funds, Reserves, and all confiscated Assets over all, and all interest that these funds/assets have been accumulating over the last 10 years.  Can Iraq use these funds to add to their reserves to back the Iraqi dinar going forward? The answer is yes, but I must emphasize that no one knows exactly what they will do until the powers in charge discloses their overall plan but my point is they can!

I believe what Frank means when he uses AoP is "AUTHORS OF THE PLAN," which is his way of saying, "The Powers That Be" who initially formulated the plan to use IQD to pay for the war. It has since evolved into the Silver Bullet for all things wrong with the world's economies.

 

Thus, according to Frank, the AoP is still in control of all things IQD, and unless and/or until they say RV, we all shall continue to wait!
