Parliment Session Lifted to next Thursday

Baghdad (AIN) –The parliament session, which was headed by the Speaker Osama al-Nijaifi, was lifted till next Thursday.

The session which was attended by 196 MPS witnessed discussions over 2012 budget law draft.

The parliament chairmanship specified the next Thursday as the deadline for endorsing the budget law draft. /End/

And when they say "BY" they mean probably not by then, but we can vote on when to meet to decide when to vote on when to make the next "BY" date.......

Dealing with the news that comes from the Iraqis and their government = 1000 piece puzzle. This piece helps us with seeing a possible budget law being settled this week. We lost the pieces for the National Meeting but at least we're seeing this part of it.

Not to be a downer, but I've been in this a while and every year we get hyped up about the budget. Sure it shows progress but please don't hang hopes of r/v on the budget. It comes and goes more often than not. I'm holding to Erbil, HCL and chpt 11. Those are the numbers to unlock this combination. Go RV...
