  1. Hey Umbertino, good evening my friend. Now this is a tune that brings me back to my high school days. Thanks so much for bringing it over. Have a great evening.
  2. Good morning Nadita, wow you have been busy. Thanks for the spin, it remains a clear and concise report of the days events which I enjoy and appreciate. Thugs, thanks for the laugh :-) starting the day like this I know for sure it's going to be a great day. Hats off to you both.
  3. Good afternoon Nadita, thank you so much for your summary on where we stand with all the events taking place in Dinar land. Between gurus, posters, news, CNN, BBC, and any other thing related to Iraq, it makes it tough to stay grounded and not throw the towel in and call it a day. It's people like you and many other DV vets here that takes the days events and compresses it into a format that gets right to the point. We all want this ride to be over, and please let me just say to all of you who have been in this for many years, you have my respects and admiration for a detail to patience that goes beyond words. I/we long for the day when we receive the notice that it's done and it's time to head to the bank, but, in the mean time I appreciate reading the input that you and many others here post on a daily basis and respect each and every opinion, even if it's not what I/we want to hear. DV is about real people who move as one in the same direction for the better of all with the hopes of doing good and perhaps helping those who have less. What a fine group you are, and in this virtual world we have created at DV I wish the day when I can get to know you and say, thanks for having a positive input in my life. Thanks again Nadita, it is a real honor and much appreciated.
  4. Blitzer, I agree with my above DV friends. Try and keep your stash, you will regret it when this goes green. I have no intel, I am no guru, and even the short time I have been in this I am begining to feel the ups and downs that this ride takes you on. What I do know is a very close friend put me on this who is very savvy and he has advised me to sit tight. This is the storm before the calm and with a keen group of people here who are in the know way more then me I have listened to their advise and trust their insight. Try and hang on brother but never sacrifice your health and well being, nothing is more important then that. Just a thought and my personnel feelings. All the best and hope it works out for you.
  5. Hey Rod, we are expecting some super pics from ya brother :-)
  6. Much appreciated Adam and Mods. Mr SandFly has my vote for president, at least the parliament sessions will be short and sweet :-)
  7. Thanks Mark, it does say "worlds largest producer" not worlds largest reserves, deposits, etc... correct? Meaning, am I to assume that perhaps the Middle East still is sitting on the worlds largest reserves? So I guess they still need to import the raw material to "produce" it or refine it to a usable state? Thanks for the post sir, much appreciated
  8. Thanks Adam, keeping the dream alive and information you absorb in check makes for a good recipe of food for thought. I appreciate your level headed approach and honest and straight forward opinions. Thanks for all that you do, much appreciated.
  9. Thanks so much for your spin Nadita. As always you keep it real, fast paced and enjoyable. You really have a talent and it is much appreciated.
  10. FlyHi, thanks for the laugh my friend, I'm sure many of us here have been to at least one or two of those places and the pictures to show for it, but probably pictures you don't want to share with your friends. Much appreciated
  11. Agreed Trinitye, at least Baghdad will be heavily guarded. I think 800 is more then enough to wipe out these animals. Thanks for the post dontlop, much appreciated.
  12. Sade, wow love her music. Thanks Umbertino and a great day to you sir.
  13. What goes around, comes around... May they get what they deserve. The universe has a way of getting even, and I agree to all that you all have posted above. I sure would back you up EagleEye
  14. Thanks Scrappyone, yes I agree perhaps the penalty was un called for but, it is what it is my friend ;-)
  15. Nadita great find, the last paragraph sums it all up. Let's hope that things stabilize and calm returns so they/we can get back to business.
  16. Thank you Unbertino and all who cheered for us. We gave it our best and as you said my friend we played with honor and guts. All the best to those of you who still have teams in the World Cup and we will certainly be cheering for you. Passion, persistence, patience and desire, the driving force to win in anything you do.
  17. Thanks Nadita, we all we can get :-)
  18. 5 MINUTES LEFT IN THE GAME, MEXICO AND NETHERLANDS CHEER FOR US DOWN HERE PLESAE !!!!!
  19. One DV'er here told me that this source is not a valid and should be re confirmed. not to falter your post Wisky, but I have stayed away from this web site for those reasons. For example "The source added" "fled to unknown destination" etc… to me sounds a little fishie, which at one time as I say was pointed out to me. Maybe Im wrong but just thought I would pass it on brother
  20. Maliki's tentacles reach deep into the Iraqi political arena and as we can clearly see, taking him out has not been easy. I/we believe that he perhaps is the biggest instigator for all the demise that is currently taking place and his political connections are just as deep rooted as his criminal and leftist regime ones. The ability to govern a nation like Iraq opens enormous doors to rob, pilfer, and make rich a large number of people with no care or compassion for its citizens, therefor since everyone is looking for his piece of the pie and, where our laws and governing system does not apply, its open season and winner take all. just my thoughts friends Thanks Thugs for the post, as always much appreciated
  21. Man!!!!! It sure puts the "to many chiefs and not enough Indians" theory to the test. Thanks TBomb, I know that must of taken you a few minutes to put that together and post it for us, very much appreciated
