" 
The Council completed the first reading of the draft traffic law submitted by the Security and Defense Committee for the purpose of regulating vehicle traffic rules, determining the parties responsible for registering them, determining conditions of safety and security, and specifying the conditions for granting the market license, defining categories and revising the penalties and penalties imposed on violation of traffic law provisions, The economic reality and determining who has the power to impose the fine.
On the other hand, Jubouri announced the holding of a meeting of the Presidency of the Council during which the requests for interviews were discussed and included on a daily basis in the meetings of the Council in the event of a quorum.

The parliamentary legal committee revealed on Thursday the intention to hold a meeting of the three presidencies in order to resolve differences on the budget, indicating that it is not possible to vote on the budget after the second reading before the passage of four days.

"The Presidency of Parliament and the Legal Committee are working with the Finance Committee to contain all the differences in accordance with the frameworks of the law on the budget to pass," said member of the Committee Salim Shawqi.

He added that "there are movements to hold a meeting of the three presidencies on the budget and resolve outstanding differences on them and pass them as soon as possible."

He explained that "according to the rules of procedure can not pass the budget after the second reading only after four days with the lowest estimates," explaining that "attention is directed towards the meetings of the three presidencies to reduce the size of differences."

The House of Representatives has completed, last Tuesday, the second reading of the draft budget of the country, while differences are still going on some of its paragraphs.

Reading through the articles & propaganda, I still feel Iraq didn't get what they " demanded." It's ALL out there for Reconstruction to commence though. Perhaps my Western mind doesn't see the " Master Plan " of these monkeys. For me, I would want to come from a position of strength with a Budget passed and an RV to show the Global Community I mean Business. Then again, I'm not privy to Iraq's " Master Plan." We wait.

In the interventions of MPs, MP Mahmoud al-Hassan pointed out that the majority of the names of some provinces and regions named after the enactment of laws and that the change of names must be carried out through the legislation of a law. 
MP Hanan al-Fatlawi said there is no objection to changing the names of some provinces as long as there is a desire among the people of the provinces and the deputies.
