The federal public budget law of the Republic of Iraq for the financial year 2012/

(CHAP)

Revenue

Article 1 first ": a. general budget revenue estimates for federal fiscal year 2012/$ (102326898000) dinars (one hundred and two thousand and twenty-six wethlthmaeh billion wethmnmaeh and eight and ninety million dinars)

Maybe my math is off, but it looks like a 1:1 RV......

They spell out "dinars", but use dollar signs.

I'm confused, if this budget isn't showing a change in rate... wouldn't the numbers be in the trillions instead of millions and billions ???? fnb, I like your math !!!!

Does it matter? What the gurus are saying? Look at what you read, look at who said it and what matters. We can let the gurus call it all day long. But the fact is only Iraq is calling the shots. The recipe is made up by many factors, the GOI, Shabibi, IMF, UN, WTO, US. All play important parts. Everything must line up the way it is according to calculated plan that we will never know who had what part and how much. What we can take from the recent events of the news. It will sooner than later. Sooner could be a year. We need to prepare for anything. I don't think we will see a year, but that is just my opinion and everyone has one. One thing everyone can agree on. This is the closest it has ever been. "EVER". So patiently an impatiently we wait. Not to bank on anything.

The 2012 budget is 117 trillion dinar. Expressed in USD, it is $100 billion.

All I'm saying is, take any figure that they quote in dinars in the budget (they don't use dollars anywhere), divide by 1170, and see if it makes any ding-dang sense. I know the translation sucks, but try it. I realize oil is sold in dollars, but they have no reason now to show USD in their budget. How can they only spend less than one and a half billion on defense for a year - no freakin' way. Everything in the budget is in dinars equal to dollars.
