The federal public budget law of the Republic of Iraq for the financial year 2012/

(CHAP)

Revenue

Everything must line up the way it is according to calculated plan that we will never know who had what part and how much. What we can take from the recent events of the news. All I'm saying is, take any figure that they quote in dinars in the budget (they don't use dollars anywhere), divide by 1170, and see if it makes any ding-dang sense. I know the translation sucks, but try it. I realize oil is sold in dollars, but they have no reason now to show USD in their budget. How can they only spend less than one and a half billion on defense for a year - no freakin' way. Everything in the budget is in dinars equal to dollars.
