Hmm, a RD delayed indefinately...possibly even cancelled...now that sounds like good news to me....means they might actually RV the stuff instead

the restruccturing wil happen gradually ovber the course of 2-3 years this gives them ample time to remove the larger notes from the hands of the Iraqis they will need to rasie the value way before 2013.

I think there are very very few Iraqi's with the 000 notes. I think most of those people are so poor that it takes all they get to live from month to month, and they mostly use the US Dollar. I wish they would hurry up and RV so I can move on from this to bigger and better things.

This ride is far from over yet. There will be desperate folks selling their Dinars that cannot wait another 2-3 years to ride this out. It will happen. Only invest in ID what you can afford to tie up for long haul. For the rest of us, this is an opportunity to buy more ID, a little at a time.

Read what you want into this continuing flow of 000 articles. I believe it's all BS. They can't wait till next year to RV. Their economy is overheating, high inflation is raising it's ugly head and they can't invite massive foreign investment with a currency that can't be internationally traded.

This will happen very soon. It HAS to! These Iraqi's are going to talk out of every orifice they have to keep speculators at bay! laugh.gif

This is exactly what they hope these articles will instill. They also hope people give up on this investment prior to an RV announcement! Hang in there dude. It will be over soon enough! smile.gif

Exactly....I think we have been in the 2 to 3 year process for about a year and a half already! The average Iraqi is poor and doesnt own dinar they own USD.....once parliment passes the actual law it will then become mandatory. These articles are for the Iraqis not us....they are trying to keep the peace...well as much as possible!

We hear this every year.

Their economy has never been growing at 12% a year till the last few. Because the economy is growing so fast, inflation has doubled since this time last year making daily life for cash starved Iraqi's very difficult.

Economics is fluid friend. This is not the same as past years! smile.gif
