iraqs 2012 budget is 60 trillion dinars .. soon to be 60 billion dinars ..(60 billion us dollars ) thats nothing to do with the rest of the private sector .. if you think iraq can get by with 30 billion dinars ..then you can believe this article .. iraqi gdp per capita is 4000 dollars .. and siad to be 9000 by next year .. that would be over 300 billion us dollars ..

i hear that .. i thought of that 2 ... they would need lots of fractional dinars to make change for that high of a single dinar .... the best thing out there is model it after the us dollar and peg it to it .. our system is the best.. we use coins to break down our dollar .. they should use coins to break down their dinar
