Faleh al-Maliki cost Fayad receipt bag National Security

Baghdad, Early detection, a political source, Tuesday, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has instructed National Security Adviser Faleh al-Fayad, receipt of a bag the National Security Agency.

Faleh al-Fayad, was appointed in atheist th of January of this year by the head of the government as an advisor to Iraqi national security.

The hospitality of the leaders in the National Reform Movement, headed by former Prime Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari, had a major role in the formation of National Alliance, a coalition between state law and the Iraqi National Coalition, also had a role in writing the new Iraqi constitution which was voted on in the summer of 2005.

Almost the security ministries to end her sixth month which is managed by proxy by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki since the formation of the government in the twenty-second of last December, and since then the share of the political blocs accusations over responsibility for the delay in choosing ministers of security and harmony to them, at the time of caution when many of the politicians that continue without resolution of this file in quick time may have a negative impact on the security situation in the country.

Sounds to me like Maliki is playing games for a change to appease people. Fayed has apparently been appointed the position of Security minister on a temporary basis until the psoition can be permanently filled during the next session. If he does this with all three positions, I am not sure if that would constitute a completed GOI. Anyone????

I bet that once he appoints "temporary" ministers to cover the positions until elections, Maliki will find

numerous reasons to stall elections, and thus change these stop-gaps to permanent officials.

....Whatever it takes to make Shabs happy, I'm good with it!

K98Knights; I too feel a gut feeling that perhaps things are beginning to shape up... A lot of smoke and mirrors... The cat is in the bag and they are dictating when the cat can come out and play... I have always been curious as to why is it so hard to place three security ministers... especially when there are folks already in place doing these jobs / positions. So, IMHO - Get'er done already and Shabibi push the green button for RV!

We will see....some how this seems to be a stall tactic....i believe it will still mean that goi is still not fully seated...

Is it a stall ?

Or is it filling a hole that would take pressure off Maliki ? Is it filling a hole that can be reconstructed later, if at all, when people are happier and easier to get along with ? If the violence can be temporarily stopped, do Maliki's clowns get credit and a permanent security position and power ? The GOI now is complete. Who can complain ? Who looks like they worked with the Parliament and others for the good of the people ? Maliki. The RV takes paces. Who looks good ? Maliki.

This scenario is very manipulative, but does it work ? Yes. And Maliki is King.

According to the wording in this article we have to wait for the House of Reps to return it sounds like to make any offical annoucement of the GOI forming. Is that correct? And according to this article the House of Reps start back up on Sunday.

In the recent past, the Parliament has been out of session, but returned to take care of some type of important business. Let's hope this is the case here. They would have Thursday to do accomplish something, and then go on their weekend break

I don't see how this is a stall tactic. This is great news! Interim or otherwise, it's one of the three missing minister seats. We're not at a full GOI yet. Two more to go. If they have to go with interim security ministers until the next election so be it. As long as Shabbs is happy.

Also, Iraq needs to be out of Ch 7 by the end of the month. They need a fully seated GOI to do that.

I guess I'm reading more into this, but it states "Faleh al-Fayad, was appointed in atheist th of January of this year by the head of the government as an advisor to Iraqi national security." It now states that he will be acting officially as of Wednesday, nothing about the interim.
