Trump for President

I am just curious out of our small dinar community. Who will soon have the money and the power to change things. What the actual census is on Trump for president. We should be thinking about these things as we will soon control the power with our voices and the money to make a difference and stop our own corruption. I like to think we have been brought together this way for a reason. Many contacts and personal friends have been made here and all of us together end up being quite a voice. Maybe we should open a page here for American political talk as we can use this opportunity for our small voices to be heard. Maybe I'm crazy. Just curious. B)

The US is a large company, with many departments. A good business man like Trump is just what this country needs. It is exactly in the realm of his expertise.

How many times has he rebuilt his empire?????????? Ya, I think he is the man for the job. Anyone that can start over as much as he has and still end up where he left off has got to be not only a hard a$$ but one heck of a buisness man. Obviously politicians are NOT what we need, didnt seem to work out so why not try something different for once.

The fact being that his expertise is NOT politics make him that much better for the job. Leaders who have expertise in politics is what's got us in this situation we are in currently. At least he could bring some pride and integrity back to the office. Then maybe we would be the strong nation we were before certain leaders began apologizing for our country. Trump would be a welcome change that would do our country good. As for his business expertise, at least he knows how to balance a budget. He would definitely get this family's vote.

Forgive me, I mean no disrespect, but...

First, I want to make something quite clear....I don't give a rip about political parties....I vote based on what I've researched and believe to be the best man for the job...Obama didn't fit my bill then nor does he now...nor did George W or Clinton....or some of the others before them.

I will say this, though. It took George W a full term in office to fall out of favor with the American people...Obama managed it before his first year in office. HMMMM.... Our great, great grandchildren will be paying for his programs and agenda and even then we don't know if they will be able to climb out of debt. HMMM.... Our economy was problematic before GW left office and instead of Obama limiting his socialistic agendas (which I never agreed with in the first place), knowing the enormous amount of debt that would be incurred...he pushed it forward through the...then...predominantly Democratic Congress. HMMM.... Because he spent so much on his agenda which shot up debt through the roof, we may be defaulting on our loan from...I think...China. HMMM.... Let's not forget that his wife spends more money on her clothes, make-up, and personal help than the last two First Ladies did. (On our dime.) HMMM.... I'm all for giving it a rest, but I'm also realistic and I do my homework on the people I vote for and their agendas. I also pay close attention to how politicians vote on different bills.

Again forgive me, but I can't get along and support a President who is destroying the American dream and saddling my great, great grandchildren with debt that was incurred foolishly. Maybe some of his programs are worthwhile, but, with all due respect Trerumph, not at the expense of my family and my descendants.

If I were an American and could vote for the American President, Mr. Trump would have my vote, no question.

I have always felt that the problem with politicians is that they play politics, rather than practice government.

I have always believed it takes a grounded businessman, someone who has lived through the failures, and the successes and the need to change position to reach a goal and the guts to not let friendship, or partisanship, stand in the way of the almighty bottom line, to make a country and her people flourish..

All governments, not just America, need that kind of no-nonsense, business expertise in order to run a country as successfully as a business can be run. I have always felt that Canada was missing out big time because we don't even seek our top politicians from the business pool ... we go after lawyers. No wonder we have what we got.

I also always felt that if any country in the world could make a real go of government, it would be The United States of America with an experienced American Businessman at the helm. POTUS is not meant to be a popularity contest, but that seems to be what it has become.

Personally, I would welcome Mr. Trump as the President of my next door neighbour. I think it would be good for America, good for Canada, and good for the whole darned world. He might teach other countries how it can work and teach Americans individually how they can succeed.

And no, I wouldn't want him to do anything about his hair. Samson was strong enough before his locks were chopped ... it's what is under the hair that is important, and I think Mr. Trump has it.

Oh!..... A community organizer is much more qualified than an executive in a billion dollar private business enterprise. Please take a chart and outline pros and cons of each individual.... I'm certain Trump can produce a valid birth certificate, produce all school records and will not demand that his past be sealed by the US courts. To state that Trump has no expertise is quite naive and uninformed.

I totally understand your way of thinking.......we have exactly the same problem here....years and years of debt ahead for our children and grand children ......I could go on and on about this but this is not the time or the place.......................suffice to say....we reap what we sow....both good and bad
