This is very interesting......Just last night while watching Fox news, they mentioned how Biden was out of the country right now when the US is having the budget issues. They didnt mention where he went, but that makes me wonder if he is possibly back over in Iraq.

Looks like he was in Russia talking to them about joining the WTO. Maybe he will also make a stop in Iraq.

Not this month and maybe not this year. Show me a statement by anyone of importance in Iraq that has hinted as to why the RV is of importance to its people and its economy etc..... They are dragging their feet and it sucks. Love to see some urgency somewhere.
