House of Representatives extended the life of the House of Representatives in their districts until the fifth of March

قرر مجلس النواب تمديد فترة وجود النواب في المحافظات لغاية السبت الموافق الخامس من اذار المقبل. House of Representatives has decided to extend the presence of deputies in the provinces until Saturday, the fifth of March.

وذكر بيان للمجلس اليوم انه :" وانسجاماً مع المتطلبات الشعبية وبغية الإطلاع عليها والعمل على استيعاب مشاكل المواطنين تقرر تمديد فترة وجود أعضاء مجلس النواب في المحافظات لغاية يوم السبت الموافق 5اذار 2011 وذلك لإتاحة الفرصة الكاملة أمامهم للاتصال بالمواطنين والتعرف على احتياجاتهم ومطالبهم وتقديم التقرير الخاص بذلك إلى مجلس النواب يوم الاحد الموافق السادس من اذار 2011 ". According to a statement to the Council today that: "In line with the requirements of the People in order to get acquainted with them and work to accommodate the problems of citizens decided to extend the presence of members of the House of Representatives in the provinces until Saturday, March 5, 2011 in order to allow full opportunity for them to contact citizens and to identify their needs and demands and to report thereon to the House of Representatives on Sunday, the sixth of March 2011. "

that's a weird way to do things... how about you just RV and then start working on each individual citizens needs lol I mean wow how out of touch can a government be with their people that they have to call house to house to figure out what people need.

Would'nt they want or Wouldn't it make sense for the representatives to be back home in their districts/regions, when it RVs?

Some time ago I read a post about when the RV would happen. Basicly the poster said that after the complete formation of the Iraqi goverment the RV will happen within TWO weeks of that date.

In my opinion, this is only the beginning of the formation.

A COMPLETE formation could take years...

Yes that is wierd. The other thing that is wierd is that these knuckleheads from the GOI already know what the people want. There is no reason to delay work for this. But then, it wouldn't be Iraq if they wasted an opportunity to not work for the people.
