This is not true google the site - it does not have that information on there - can someone that heads the site post as such

Click on drop down box at the top and select Kuwait site. It does show on that site.

there may be an error that someone is missing. because one link goes to a Kuwait branch and the other link goes to the actual bank site in Doha Qutar I live in kuwait and will be call in the morning to see ifhis is the rate they honor in the morning if it is I might have to call in sick. Keep everyone posted because I have intenet on my phone if it does I will meet you all at the airrport gladly!
