I will look again - but I have several times - If you use the link provided here - it shows - but, go out to google and find their site that way and it is not there. Please prove me wrong - I want to be wrong. I just looked again - I scrolled down and the iraqi dinar is not even on the site.

It not showing a spread would make sense if they accidentally rounded it. Not justifying it is true, but if they rounded it it would come out at .1 /.1 but if not rounded it could have been something like .156 / .175. Still does not explain why Doha Bank would have this but CBI would not. I did see some changes in CBI this morning but none were in regards to USD.

Nothing is going to sneek up on anyone.

The RV/RI will NOT happen until the Gov. and ALL of its positions are in place.

Security with checks and balances MUST be in place before anything will happen with the MONEY.

Count on it.

The completed Gov. will be announced to the world once it is ALL in place.

It would equate to a RV of $.35 which I would be more than happy with. Doesn't anyone have Vonage and can call the Kuwait branch? :-D

Now being the kwd is 3.55 to iqd .10 = 0.355 and the usd being based of 1 then 0.355 x 3.55 = usd 1.26

If you want to know if it is a misprint, just send them an email and ask them. They have 24/7 support and should be able to answer a easy question as that. The Kuwait site shows it, but the Qatar site does not even list it.

If this is not just a misprint on the banks part, then my theory is that Doha Kuwait has some inside knowledge about an RV and a rate.

They are trying to buy up Dinar and QUICKLY (otherwise they'd offer $.05 per Dinar instead of $.35).

So, if it is real, I see it as a good sign. Not a sign OF the RV, but an of RV to come.

I am leaning more toward a simple misprint of a missing few decimals .0001 or so vs .1 on the exchange rate, however it has not been yet debunked nor is it a fake site as some have said, there are in fact simply several branches and it is the Kuwaiti branch that has peaked our interest today.

I would love to know where this has been debunked? If you go to the Doha Bank Qatar site it does not show the IQD, but if you go to the Kuwait site it shows the IQD at .1 so this is still standing until the morning I guess....
