Like as long as the installation of 1000 ATM machines doesn't postpone the RV further. Can't see why it would but don't think like them so there ya go. Prayers up for all of us.

I hope so also.  My thought is right now the Iraqi's don't have any money.   No need for an ATM if you don't have anything to get out of it.  Hopefully soon, they will have money, and will have a need for the ATM's!
