IMHO.  Iraq can't stop all USD transactions.

What happens when Iraqis travel to US or purchase property in US?

What do Iraqis do when they want to invest in Wall Street or US business?

Some Iraq-US exchanges will still be done in USD.  IMHO.

May be Iraqi citizens are only allowed to trade in dinar for dollars at the airport if they just want to travel out of iraq ( to go for a vacation, etc ).

And, after they get back from vacation , they have to trade in dollar for dinar again at the airport for a daily use in the country of iraq.

correct, all other transactions listed by luigi done outside the country
