Good Evening DV, here's a few opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really  knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what  they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON

 

 

*** Kaperoni   A few articles out tonight about the dinar possibly dropping to 2,000 to $1. 

 

*** Frank26  THEY PROMISED CITIZENS ANOTHER EXCHANGE RATE. 

 

 

*** Jeff   Iraq really doesn't have a lot left to do... devaluing the currency was at the request of the World bank and the IMF.  It was a preparation step for them to reduce the physical note count in the county of Iraq and they are also injecting US dollars at this time.  That way when the rate does change the citizens will have to turn in their US dollars in exchange for dinar.  This is just steps for when the rate does change.  Right now you are in the season for the rate change...

2,000 to $1? are you kidding me? or were you saying that iraq drop to $1 : 2000 iqd, then delete 3 zeros, after that becone $1 : 2 iqd or 1 iqd=0.5 usd? if this is what it means then it is a better start than the rate right now 1460 iqd. don"t you think?
