That is not exactly what happened. The Cowards at the Phony Court just said they 

did not want to get involved in this case. In other words they said, , "We be too Scared

to do our job". 

Throwing out the case as you say is misleading in that it suggest they looked at the law and made a decision. Had they done that a precedence would have been set and none was.

President Trump expressed his disappointment over a Supreme Court decision on voter fraud. In a series of tweets on Friday, the President said “The Supreme Court really let us down.”

 

This came after the nation’s highest court dismissed a Texas lawsuit that raised concerns over how four battleground states conducted the November 3 election.

The President pointed out how the dismissal came despite the fact he received more votes than any sitting president in history, in addition to the mountains of voter fraud.

 

He reiterated November 3 was a rigged election and the fight continues.

 

 

 

In the meantime, the national director of “Priests for Life” echoed the President’s comments, saying the fight for election integrity is “far from over.”

 

 

 

 

In a press release on Friday, Father Frank Pavone said, “Although the Supreme Court ruled the Lone Star state cannot determine how another state conducts its elections,

the court did not address whether or not the elections were carried out properly.”

“These four states… changed their election laws without going through the state legislature,” Father Pavone stated. “That was the point. Changing rules about things like mail-in ballots, about the observation of the counting of ballots and laws in regard to signature verification of ballots, things like this.”

Pavone added if the merits of the case are addressed, the court would find the elections were “unconstitutional, illegal and fraudulent.”

Meanwhile, several appeals are still being made to the Supreme Court on behalf of the Trump campaign.
