Like Adam said...the more we hear about the HCL, the sooner it will be.  They will eventually be pushed in a corner by their own media.  The people will eventually get tired of these marooonnns playing games, and they will be out on the streets, like they were in the last year.  They did get the politicians to pay attention, and I think they will again!

Kurdish MP excludes an oil agreement between Baghdad and Erbil

Baghdad / Iraq News Network - The deputy of the Kurdistan Islamic Union, Jamal Cougar, excluded, on Saturday, Baghdad and Erbil reached an agreement on the sale and export of oil, indicating that the files of the airports and border ports will be agreed upon. Cougar said in a press statement, "The delegation of the region will visit Baghdad He could succeed by agreeing on border crossings, political and security issues, and the region’s share of the budget. “The main disagreement over the sale of oil and the region’s share is the complex problem,” ruling out that “an agreement on it will be made during the Kurdish delegation’s visit to Baghdad during the next few days. Cougar that "the oil dispute is a legal as well as political and economic side, and it cannot be resolved in its own way, as Baghdad and Arbil states, without the existence of solid legal texts that the two parties rely on in solving the problem."
