yup like the Oil and Gas law (hcl) then they can fist bump on that one for sure ... the majority of the thievery and corruption is in that dept. since it 's the only money generator for iraq hence is why there has never been a law nailed down to follow its the one ive always waited on but it always falls apart wonder why 🤣 🤣 cheers dv'ers
