No I don't remember it that way at all. Happy that Mr Obama did what he did with existing technology.  I recall the Ebola vaccine, or other therapeutic used to treat the Ebola Virus , was in human trials, and given a fast track. Also that Ebola was for the most part isolated to the continent of Africa. The exception being Christian and Medical Missionaries that unknowingly contracted it in Africa, to receive treatment when it was diagnosed state side. Of course, Mr Obama brought some i to the US for treatment,  benevolently. Which was fine. I do not recall that said Ebola outbreak reached a worldwide pandemic level. Neither was it a virus that was enhanced from its natural form and then released upon the world. Obama did not have to develope anything to treat it. Just give an emergency FDA approval of something already in the pipe. Apples and walnuts Sir. You use to be better than that.

A quick search has found that the 2014-2016 Ebola Outbreak, per the W.H.O.  , involved 28,600 cases , with 11,325 deaths. The WHO only declared it A Public Health Emergency of International Concern. Sad so many died . With treatment and Infection Control training for the affected Nations of Africa,  it was brought under control. So worldwide deaths from that Ebola out break was .06 % of those that have died from CV in the US alone, the worldwide deaths comparison from CV to Ebola would stagger your little mind.

Fortunately, the percentage of deaths from Covid-19 is far less than Ebola, or the poor response from the current administration would have been off the charts catastrophic.

I laugh at that whole heartedly also. I think it is hilariously sad that Obama appointed someone "Ebola Czar" who has ZERO experience in the Medical field. You statement that Ebola had more deaths than your China Virus is equally sad and wrong. It does show how Socialist Dems and their supporters play with figures to justify their made up point. Kinda like living out the phrase that figures don't lie, but liers sure do figure. It is insulting that a person of your intelligence (which I am beginning to question) would take the percentages of the total worldwide death rate from Ebola , 28,600, and compare it to the total death rate of CV in the US alone. AGAIN APPLES TO WALNUTS. Take the worldwide figures of each diease, the number of cases verses number of deaths, and compare those. The fact that you are trying so hard to shamelessly supoort your statement that Obama handled outbreaks of dieases better that Trump has  is ridiculous.  The figures are 820,000 deaths worldwide from the China virus, and 11,325 deaths from Ebola (if I recall correctly) . The only comparison is people died from each.

Thats not what he said at all. He said the death rate is much higher in the Ebola virus than in covid. Ebola death rate is 50% covid death rate is 3%.

So The MyPillow Guy is pushing a herbal supplemental cure for the China Virus. Ok. Did it have Chaga , a mushroom, in it as an ingredient?  Was Trump in that commercial ? No it wasn't a commercial it was an interview. I don't know about the ingredients. I wanted to call in and ask if this was the cure why are we giving billions to big pharma, but I couldn't get through... Trump wasn't involved. I just remember Trump having him a month or two back as some sort of advisor... I really don't pay much attention to national politics and news, I just do my own reading about the individuals. Personally I don't believe either party cares about voters, just big PAC money and their personal riches. I guess I'm a little jaded.

On this matter you are not alone. I and others are rowing along in that same boat with you. For the most part. By the way Chaga is a supplement made from a mushroom that grows on decaying trees in Siberia , I believe. You can get it in powdered form , and already capsulized . Its properties are such that it supports the body's anti viral defenses naturally.  If you take vit C to fight bacterial colds ... why not chaga to fight viruses, is how I think. Health Food Stores or Vitamin Shops should have it. I get mine online with 100:1 ratio . Just as a fyi y'all.

Oleandrin is the herbal supplement Lindell is promoting . It appears he is on the board of the company and is the spokes person for it. He is probably getting slammed simply because he is a avid Trump supporter. Anderson Cooper is calling it TOXIC because it is made from the pretty but toxic oleander plant . Errnt , wait, shut the front door, because this supp is made from the toxic oleander ( or oleandar) plant its doodoo . If thats the case, call the FDA and have them pull every tab of digoxin off the shelves because digoxin is also made from the very same plant folks. Google it. Digoxin is famously effective as a stabilizing treatment for heart failure and irregular heart beats . Question things folks , do not just accept what the MMM says . MMM = Marxist Mainstream Media .
