As well I will follow Pitcher...This is just another Divisive Thread and one intended to stir Hate in My Opinion.....In the United States of America....We have One President and like it or not get the hell over it.

 

A lot of us weren't happy living under 8 Years of obama and watching the country go down hill, jobs lost, homes foreclosed on, bombs drop in a deserted desert after leaflets were drop letting them know when or where. A lot of us were unhappy about Benghazi and the lose of life and no answers.......We weren't allowed to ***** like the left is today or we were shut down,. \

 

These post....The Trump Hater's post, obama haters post and this honestly do more harm than good in my opinion and all need to be closed.

 

If one is so consumed with everything Trump and the Anti Trump Movement there are forums for that....Take your Hate there and don't forse just judgement on me or the member of this forum. .

 

I don't come here for Bible Verse Lessons and I don't come here to see the Hate that IS SLOWLY ERODING THIS NATION INTO A SESS POOL.

 

I feel for the people of Europe and what there Leaders have done to the people.....I can't do anything about it as the people need to take back their own countries.

 

I get it not everyone is going to be happy with this President, the last president or any future President....That does not mean you need to force your opinion upon the rest of the World....Get the hell over it and get on with Life in General.

 

We or most of us are here for one reason....The Dinar, The VND and any other tid bit of info we can gleam about that.....

In socialism, there is always someone in control who decides who gets what.  So the deciders get to choose what they get, and leave what's left to the rest of the socialist populace.  

 

The idea of socialism is just a way for the leaders to control the people and get them to do what they want.

Why should the masses that work, pay for those who refuse or don't want to work? Why should I have to share my acres that I bought and paid for, with someone who has no interest in my land, just doesn't think I should hold property? 

I'm for helping the sick, the infirmed, mentally unstable, the poor but not by the government. There are so many "businesses" that serve as proxies for help and a hand out and a hand up. There should be no need for govt's involvement. I don't need the government telling me how to run my life, I'm capable of doing it without its involvement. 

 

On a pure basis Socialism biggest disadvantage is that it relies on the cooperative nature of humans to work. It ignores those within society who are competitive, not cooperative. Competitive people tend to seek ways to overthrow and disrupt society for their own gain. Capitalism harnesses this "greed is good" drive. Socialism pretends it doesn't exist.

As a result, socialism doesn't reward people for being entrepreneurial. It struggles to be as innovative as a capitalistic society.

A third disadvantage is that the government has a lot of power. This works as long as it represents the wishes of the people. But government leaders can abuse this position and claim power for themselves and there us never a way for it to represent the "wishes" of everyone. There are always dissenters. And using our current Congress and Senate at work, talk about power abuse.

Karsten, I responded not on a hate basis, but to better help me understand those that think socialism and communism are good things. And so far life has taught me, neither of those will never work and I doubt ever will because there is no possible way to get everyone to agree. You can only get at best a majority agreement so someone will always be unhappy. What happens to them under socialism or communism? We already know that outcome. 

And in the case of the U.S. we're at an impasse because society is almost 50/50 left v. right. But the left continues to gain ground over the right for a broad spectrum of reasons. 

So my reply is not to be a pot stirrer but have a discussion on the subject.
